Is the 4wk Squat Program something that should work for powerlifters as well, if you only moderately train deadlifts? My lowbar is quite upright and knees forward out of necesity, similar to WL
Don't knock Ket until you've tried it my guy. My snatch improved by 60kg just from taking ket before training.
