    I have the opposite problem, I can eat 5000-6000 calories a day easily, it's losing weight that's tough. I cut 500 calories per day and didn't lose a pound until I was down to 1500/day 🤷🏿‍♂️

    Is the 4wk Squat Program something that should work for powerlifters as well, if you only moderately train deadlifts? My lowbar is quite upright and knees forward out of necesity, similar to WL
