Social Media expert Witness

I have been asked to be an expert witness in a major trial. This is an application presentation on if media should be used as court evidence or not. I argue for the use of social media for prosecution due to there being so many instances where social media allows for the capture of individuals committing crimes such as Gracyn Courtright.
