It was a win here at some point according to the computer, but it just isn’t obvious how to us mortals. Stockfish knows :) The trick is that the king has to be able to guard the passed pawns and be able to move around them. Hikaru got stuck because he couldn’t move around them anymore. When he had the king close he was basically winning.
