Main last 2 years se food as medicine dekh rahi hu es baar plz offer ke liye 24 hour ka time jrur rakhna kyoki raat ko attend nahi kar pate dinner bnana hota hai or subeh break fast bnate bnate time nikal jata hai family me esa hi hota hai hum bound hote hai

Specially after 2014, 🍵wala Uneducated Uncle🤶 has removed all Public dustbins OR increased their heights, so everyday puppies & fem dogs or weak dogs are run over by vehicles, bec they become less quick, bec of NO FOOD, & they become completely dependent on we Humany...Mam this is OUR FIRST DUTY TO MOTHER NATURE ,TO GO OUT FOR 10 MIN EVERY DAY FEED THEM, AFTER GETTING UP EARLY MORNING FROM BED., this way we will learn also, Not to become selfish, .. Mam me 9:30pm ko soke 5am tak uthati hu par din bhar aalas rahta hai ubasiya aati hai kya ye vit D ki kami ki vajah se hai.Mera target 4 am ka hai par nahi ho pata.
Jldi so bhi jao to baby rat me kai bar uthata rehta hai. Aur uske sone Tak jagana padta hai aur fir jis time ka alarm hota hai us time uthne ka mn nahi karata..😞😓 fir chahkar bhi jldi nahi uth pate hm.
