- BULALO is a Filipino beef dish and one of the most favorite dishes, especially during rainy days. Bulalo and Nilaga are most likely the same as they have light-colored soup and almost taste the same. Bulalo is not complete without bone marrow, it’s not healthy to eat but it tastes really good. Serve it newly cooked white rice and it compliments well with patis(fish sauce), calamansi and chili as a condiment.

I have eaten this in the Philippines in 69'-71' and again as many times as I could in 95'. You just won't know how delicious this is until you have eaten it authentically. This looks like a good recipe. Thank you for taking the time to make it!

Triny ko kanina yung butter, tapos may sahog sa patatas. Solid parang mash potato yung lasa ng patatas! 😋
