I'm making this Bulalo right now as I found a beef marrow from my local store. I'll let you know how it goes! The only ingredient I'm missing is the green onion. I do have the corn but they're the frozen corn from the grocery store. I'll try it anyway! Good luck to me!

kuya im sure masarap yung gawa mo. sa pictures palang nung icheck out ko yung list of vids, masarap na agad ang itsura. kaso kuya sana wag ganun, vlog ng iba ta pinopromote mo yung sarili mong vlog. may pagkarude yung ganun kuya.

I got hooked bulalo in my last trip to Manila. (Just last year really) When I eat it... I feel like it is the most healthy thing in the world. The taste suggests pure nutrition. It is EVERYTHING a tourist needs. The liquid for hydration in the Philippine heat and humidity. A well deserved break from rice. And if has cooked for 8 hours, I doubt you will get sick from the water they use. Thank you for very clear directions. My one question is: "What is the liquid seasoning called panis?" Can I find this in Canada?

I have fish sauce here in my fridge in Canada. It is not imported from the Philippines, but I am sure it is not much different. It seems to be mostly anchovies and water. Lots of salt in it. I guess I will use this as a substitute for patis.
