How to reset this lock to its factory settings and remove all passcodes and fingerprints if reset button inside and the entire reset procedure don't work? This lock was added to the TTLock app but now is not visible any longer. Batteries are new. Any idea what is wrong?

Another question. I set up autolock at 900s. But, this morning, I open the door and go to get my newspaper. Come back 15s later and the door is locked. Any idea why? Shouldn't the timer restart after you open the door from the inside? Isn't that the whole purpose of autolock?
You can as long as it doesn’t have a deadbolt lock, which typically they do for security. This type of lock uses the same mechanism as your bedroom door handles do.
My door lock will only lock from the app. It will not unlock with using the key. The lock won't even attempt to extract when I hit the unlock feature on the app.
I have the same problem after about a month. Remote code doesn’t work either after a few weeks. Customer service is in China, I couldn’t get any help from them. I wish I had not bought this lock. It’s such a waste of my hard earned money!

You have to set the time you want for it to lock..

Do these “smartlocks” need wifi? How do they communicate?
Wifi needed only if you want to manage them remotely else the phone/app must be close to the door lock when programming fingerprints and fobs
