Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us! May I ask your opinion on backdrops that do have a blurry/smooth edge between the wall and the wooden floor? Like number 2004 or 100g? Are there any advantages or disadvantages in that kind of layouts?
I actually never tried one with a blurry edge between wall/floor, because I was wondering the same thing. I like the natural bokeh that happens when photographing at f1.8, so I didn't choose one of those. Maybe someone else can answer your question!

I've been trough the website a few times and just can't seem to find the backdrop with bricks and concrete, the one that looks most similar is 2163 but doesn't have the concrete on the side. Could you help me out please? Thanks a lot
How do vinyl backdrops handle the reflection of the strobes? It seems you didn't get any on your pictures but just wanted to know if you encountered any issues in that regard.

How do you have your clients choose the backdrops they want are all your backdrops on your website or something
Maybe after this you should consider using roller backdrop stand or wall mount ^_^
so you can easily change backdrop to one to another... 😉

Hi Fenna! Thank you for your fast reply to my question related to one of your other videos the other day, you are really helpful! I am always amazed how much work you put into all these videos, its such a luxury for us (other photographers) to have you as an inspiration!! My question this time is not directly related to the content of the video, (still Im so glad to see tips about backdrops of course), but the sofa in the background, is it the kind you can flip out to make it bigger, so that it is good for maybe mini Christmas sessions, family with newborn etc and you can also let people use it as a resting area? And if so, where is it from? I struggle finding something I can use for different purposes and still look nice.

When you have something in your basket, you can select the USA as shipping destination. However, shipping can be quite costly since the packages are long and heavy to ship.

do you know the size in feet ? i never find any like this size.. i always get rectangles that don’t include the floor portions! and when i order bigger it’s a higher rectangle lol. 😂
No, sorry not at the moment, but I think they can help you with sizes if you email them or you can use an online convertor from meters to feet.

Try changing g the position of your lighting even that light that’s coming through the window will make vinyl glare .

Hi :) straight on with my flash I do see a lighter spot. I could remove it in editing, but I wanted to give you a fair look of the drops. When feathering the light more on the subject (placing it more on the side instead of front/side) less light falls on the background. However, it's not like you see a reflection of the flash, but you do see where the light is falling on the vinyl.

Nice backgrounds and reasonable prices but shipping is extremely costly
Yes, true. I think within Europe it's reasonable when you order more than one backdrop, since they pretty much last a lifetime. Outside of Europe it gets more expensive. I understand it though, since the packages are very long and heavy to ship

If anyone finds the link or name for the wood one please share because I have looked through 10 pages on their website and can't figure out which one it is and it's too expensive to take the risk of buying any! 😂

@@VanessaBrysonPhotography I looked on their website but there's no numbers, but I identified it from the grain in the wood. It's called "Wood Beige" - a really lovely backdrop.
