The problem in the performance isn't in the hardware! Look at what Xiaomi did revamping the graphics system in the new Hyper OS, they have old phones with 4 years processores working in a breeze. The problem is sofwtare, and like the reviewer said the focus in one thing (AI) and the lack of focus in other fronts.Still as a long run Iphone user I don't see many problems in speed specially with the last updates
After 180 days of owning the pixel 8 pro. My honest opinion is I wish I hadn't bought it. 😢 It's slow, voice typing is better than most but still only 80% reliable at best. 2500 nits? Maybe under certain rare situations but not everyday use. I wish I had waited for the new OnePlus.
You see review like this about the tensor 3 and other that have zero complaints . I have a 8 pro and it runs just as smoothes my iPhone 15 pro. Not sure if people walk into it thinking it's slower so they see that or what . Even Apple channels have praised its performance in some ways being better than the iPhone. Strange the odd differences
Reviewers like this that talk about performance are going off the benchmark numbers because these flagship processors all have more than enough performance to do anything you're going to use your phone for. It's all about the thermals on these smartphones these days
Its alright , but as you mentioned , in some areas there is room for improvement , i have biggish hands , and i dont know if that makes the finger print sensor suck worse , but on my 8 pro , the FPS is very inconsistent to the point i enabled the pin pattern , and if you are used to an iphone , in anything but good light the face ID is piss poor , and in darkness it does not work at all , where an iphone face ID will work instantly even in pitch dark. And agreed , camera processing can be annoyingly slow at times where other brands high end models do it almost instantly on the device . Editing tools are why i bought my 8 pro , and its pretty good at that , and basic general duties most of the time it performs well . For me , in the next pixel 9 pro . id like to see improvements in either face ID or finger print sensor .... or preferably both , a bit more horsepower in the chipset for those areas it lacks , and as far as the case goes , being a big ish handed bugger , id like to see it a bit wider , narrow keyboards suck . Funnily enough , i remember the nexus 6P had an awesome finger print sensor in a perfect position on the back with a recess that your finger slipped right on too , amazing how we get more modern with new devices , but sometimes go backwards .
I have it since december and its been a blast! i just feel that the battery could have been better but hey, cant really complaing if you use the battery saving mode

I always learn stuff from your videos.
The Pixel is whatever. It's certainly a nice device but unfortunately you can't do much for customisation.
Which game is that at 2:00?
They must help us😮??
Race the sun challenged edition
@@mah3ndra_k thanks a lot!
@@mah3ndra_k thanks mate.
The AI is crazy. I held the phone over a japanese snack and it changed the words to English in real time. Im sold lol. Nevermind the camera.
Don't buy this phone, it is not as good as advertised. It is inferior to a Galaxy S23 or S24
🙏🏿💜
After 180 days of owning the pixel 8 pro. My honest opinion is I wish I hadn't bought it. 😢 It's slow, voice typing is better than most but still only 80% reliable at best. 2500 nits? Maybe under certain rare situations but not everyday use. I wish I had waited for the new OnePlus.
If Google make budget phone I will buy it 😅
You do realize all these “exclusive” AI features the Pixel has so does the S24 series right? Like all of them. 😂
Yep, no longer unique anymore. And I’m sure others will follow suit.
It's all about the thermals on these smartphones these days
but the Pixel 7 pro has a better ppi
How can i go pip mode for only this guy's video and cant for other videos?
Soooo Piss All sucks...get a Samsung S24 or 24+ or Ultra...not much different in price
Uff someone's doing free promotions😂😂, poor guy
I have it since december and its been a blast! i just feel that the battery could have been better but hey, cant really complaing if you use the battery saving mode
