Who is Ted Moult's son? I googled Ted Moult cos I recognised the name and he was who I thought, the guy from the Everest adverts in the 80s, 'Fit the best, Everest!' ... but who was his son?
The band Half Man Half Biscuit recorded a track called 'Do y'ken Ted Moult?' on their debut album.

@James Cook It's not a character, it's bullying. Gervais has a really nasty streak. My respect for Steve is very high dealing with real comments for entertainment/his career. He clearly was able to handle it but still, doesn't change the fact it's bullying

Apart from when they're at eachother's throats it's just two mates dicking around.. I doubt that a lot of what makes this show great would have come about (do you know how baguettes come about?) if they didn't have this laid back approach - and often complete disregard for what is appropriate. ^^

Ricky was so bad in these early ones. trying so hard to be funny by being crass and filthy....those game show ideas!! tipping the scales!?? imagine if Karl had suggested any of these shitty games? no wonder they got fired....i'm so glad Karl came along and calmed them down when they came back.
