The mind gets wired....it can be unwired. But, chronic OCD is a long recovery road. If one is lucky enough to be actively embracing ERP and the acceptance of uncertainty ( let's face it loads of people are nowhere near that point) and experiencing recovery...watch out cos we can start thinking, " ahh, I'm better now"...the point being when you think that, a spike can suddenly kick in which is disorientating, unexpected perhaps. And that, to put it crudely, can really throw us face down into the s***. Thank you for this video, I agree with what you are saying. I pass on a lot of advise in one of the groups.
What book did you read? Do you remember? And how do you practice uncertainties when you have harmOCD and I mean Harmocd The worst case scenario when you have to spend your rest of your life in prison.
