Really enjoyed this beautiful home tour. the colours were stunning. Adore the pink room!! There are so many homes you see everyone in that copied design of beige and minimalistic and this home is so refreshing full of colour and objects of sentiment and memories. She was lovely and gracious.
I'm not cuban but was born and raised in Everglades City and Tampa, Florida. I miss cuban subs, potato balls and deviled crab. South Florida has the best foods.
Love your family oriented home. I think it's wonderful you chose to be with your children. These are tough times and having loving, involved parents keeps the children close. The greatest compliment my daughter gave us is telling her husband she wants to raise her boys like she was raised. He came from a fractured family and it left its scars. I really love how fun this house is. Very inspiring! I have a lot of littles. I’m not sure how to keep breakables on display. Even my husband knocked off my favorite antique plate off the wall.
Absolutely love the dining room... so soothing! As I listened to her, it seemed more and more like she was detached from what she was saying and sharing. Maybe this just reflects that she really misses where she grew up, as she stated early on.

No bland white grey or beige in sight….full on colourful , creative and playful….maximalist’s delight. I’m not into the whole pink trend as I don’t do trends …but this works
Do not apology for high gloss soft pink wall with darkwood floor....it’s beautiful and bold and not boring , I’d even paint the ceiling the same pink, with big trims....for a more modern look

PLEASE turn the seams of the fabric lamp shades to the back of the lamp!!! As a lamp designer from Austin, there really is nothing that ruins a beautiful lamp faster than seeing the “seam.” The house is gorgeous, the lamps are gorgeous and good lamp shades are a big investment, don’t let this detail that’s simple to fix ruin your room, it draws the eye like a magnet.
