I have severely dehydrated and sensitive skin and this is one of the few serums that really do feel absolutely amazing on my skin immediately after applying it and it has evened out my overall skin complexion since I got it.

I like putting a thin layer of a ceramide cream over my lips and then an occlusive. I have tried so many and keep returning to the Laneige, although the Bite Beauty comes close. It works for me - wake up with very soft lips. Thank you for all the guidance over the years.
I am retinizing for the first time. I had been using a very gentle retinol for a few months and thought it was time to upgrade to something stronger. Everything burned for a few days so I ordered the Farmacy Honey Halo and it has soothed everything down. At the moment I can only put on a hydrating essence or serum, moisturizer and sunscreen. Any other treatment hurts. 🤪

Hi Rene. I agree vit c is a little much when your skin is getting used to Tretinoin. Question...is the Vit C derivative THD the same as Ascrobly Tetrimosate? Yes I know its probably spelled wrong. Lol.
Have you tried the I'm From Ginseng serum? I know there's no way that it's a dupe for the Sulwalsu, but I would love to work some ginsing into my skincare at a slightly better price point. :)
I'm working my way up the retinol ladder with Paulas Choice 1%, and everything around that tends to be budget.. especially when I want to calm things back down. So it's products like Inkey List's Niacinamide, The Ordinary NMF and Marula Oil. Fragrance free, non-irritating (for me) and wallet-friendly :)
I am a combination skin, I use Paula's Choice BHA exfoliator twice a week and adapalene twice a week. Is it necessary to apply AHAs as well in order to remove dead skin?
I got the latest version, though the packaging is different, the formula from what I can tell is the same or has the exact same effect! Smells the same too haha

Um Renee, after watching your last video, I hit the link you provided I to order the Hada Labo Premium Lotion and got the emulsion instead. The emulsion contains dimethicone and mineral oil. My skin does not break out, so I’m not worried about that. What I am worried about is using this emulsion at the traditional toner stage because of the aforementioned ingredients.Won’t any water-based serum I put on my face after using this emulsion not penetrate into the skin? Thx!
I immediately went and checked my links, apologies if any of them went rogue and led you to the wrong product! The emulsion is more of a moisturizer that's meant to be used after the hydrating lotion. It's creamy and lightly moisturizing. So I wouldn't do things the other way around!

Tretinoin exfoliates so you don’t need too. I can tell you’re using Tretinoin because your skin has that papery glass sheen to it that it leaves. I haven’t watched your videos in months but same type of sheen the last time I left a comment on here. Also, consistent use of retinol or its esters can work better long term than skin that can’t tolerate tretinoin. I haven’t noticed the patch of hyperpigmentation on your left side, is that from tretinoin irritation?
