See, now if all chef salads had 7 meats I'd go for that. I wouldn't need any dressing if I had large curd (or small) cottage cheese. If I were a skinny 240 I could do a regular chef salad.
That's because it's not really a salad. It's more of an appetizer that somehow got the name "salad" added on because a lot of restaurants serve it that way. I've only seen a Chef's Salad as more of a meat tray to serve at the holidays, than an actually salad.
