You would lose that awesome out of the hole power somewhat ,but it would benifit on a Rolll,Anyway just typing my thoughts from wen u mentioned roll racing, and from the tome in ur voice u feel pretty much how i do.....🤣

500 whp so crank hp would be around 600-620 the similarities is seen from about 0-130 after that the hellcats hp has the advantage
The difference is all in the grip. Sticky drag radials make a world of difference in 1/4 mile times. Those cats in the video were all on street tires so they couldn't launch, and really couldn't get on the throttle 100% until they were already moving down the track
@stuart bentley nah. I can show run after run of hellcats running 11's. 3-4 Modern Hemi shootout worth of videos. The only hellcats getting into the 10's were tuned or had a lower pulley. This is at Atco - the dream spot for all the best times.
@@leezynotyeezy2140 the 2 hellcats at Orlando were racing with Mickey Thompson ET street R 305/35/18 - 18" wheels. I try not to load up runs of guys on street tires at the drag strip.
Yo the beginning is great lmao
Shows how quick these 392's can get with very limited upgrades!
I have a 392 BGE that'll take 20+ psi 😈
Party time buddy let’s get it 🤙
Big Nicky has entered big boy status! Going 9's in a Ram soon. Congrats man on the progression of the build
@@RTLife thannx bro , we will eventually go 9s once we get a built trans and and really turn the power up on this motor. Full return fuel system is done also 👍
Wow that guy at the beginning was a tool.
He says some wild stuff. I've seen a few of his tiktoks
Take any R/T and add a 427 stroker and kill any hell cat but you will need a super charger to catch up with the hellcat acceleration get injectors rear end gears a few more tweaks a tune and yeah tires
Definitely need to redo this video with price, parts & possible hp and torque gains etc per
Im definitely interested in getting my 392 into the 10s without the need of boost.
after tuning my transmission keeps over heating and acting up
I would talk to the tuner about that. They should be able to make some adjustments
Well last night I raised the bar last night now 9.00 so got damn close to my 8.99 on boost only
You're 392 is a monster! I watched some of the videos yesterday. Congats on the new personal best. Keep it up!
All these cars need is weight reduction and a tire. Cars already make great power.
if they made them around 500-600lbs lighter it would make a massive difference
💪💪💪💯💯💯👍
Def makes some power!
Bro...something is not adding up. Stock hellcats run 11.9. Stock trackhawk 11.5. And you're telling me this scat was running low-mid 11s BEFORE the cam? 🤔 And THEN hitting 10s with just a cam? I mean...the video doesn't lie, he ran in the 10s, but off only a cam and and intake?? There's gotta be some nitrous on that thing. I have Jeep SRT and Ive cammed it. Also have an intake and catless, and tuning with demon performance, and I'm not shaving a full second off of anything lol. And I never heard of a scat beating hawks and cats off of a simple cam.
I've recorded 93 tuned 392 scatpacks on just wheel/tire hitting 11.7's - So I'm sure with intake, dyno tune & a couple of bolt on adjustments mid 11's is possible. He installed that cam & broke into the 10's - his best run was 10.7 but with another driver in the seat. His next step is a 100 shot of nitrous I believe to see if he can get into the 9's.
@@RTLife damn man. Well that puts into perspective that perhaps a hellcat is not worth the extra 20-30k. 5k into the scat and you're beating a stock hellcat. Very cool
There’s a guy on RUclips with shorty headers gapping full bolt on cammed 392s
Reason scats only need 500 rwhp to beat stock hellcat is they weigh 500 to 600 pounds lighter
Shout out to my boy Scat Pack Jack!!!
I hate the hate 392s get.. maybe we love the sound of a naturally aspirated engine. Maybe we can’t afford cats.. maybe both are true 🤫
it's crazy & silly how many haters there are! I guess everyone needs to be in a lambo or tesla plaid
I love all these cars, but there’s no way in Hell I’m paying double what I paid for my T/A 392. It’s mostly a weekend toy and it’s fine for my needs
@@DKLabs99 ❤️
I mean that's great but might as well get a hellcat and more it if u want power that bad 🤷🏾♂️
LoL thats the thing...
Ppl have to UPGRADE to beat an Hellcat or Demon 😂
Its Really funny hearing ppl say "yup, i beat hellcat or Demon" 😂
Its not easy to beat factory hellxat or demon w out upgrades
Why is that funny?
isn't it part of the fun of owning a ride, modding & measuring it vs fast stock rides?
@@RTLife its funny cause ppl have to mod to beat 1.
Demon has gapped 1000hp awd Bugatti
How to blow up your $50,000 car lol
6-7lbs of boost isn't blowing up anything if the tuner is half decent
I love how people talk shit about other car lovers... very childish!!!
A Scat Pack is NOT a 392. The author should know that simple fact.
yup. I think people just think 392 = scatpack because it's the most common 392
Im gad u mentioned Roll Racing, because IMO ,Roll racing is nothing more than playing, (lets do a 40 roll )ok 👌 well next race give me a 50 roll ,and back and fourth with the nonsense, plus it has to be the most inaccurate form of racing AKA playing i ever seen, I hear how a mustang gt A10 is faster than a scatpack ,Well on a Roll yes but at a dragstrip with 2 stock cars with 2 capable drivers No.Also the scatpack has a 3.09 diff ,and a 8 speed the mustang has a 10 speed So What if someone put a 2.62 rear from a Hellcat into the scatpack ,That will definetly even up the roll racing thing,I would actually love to see it but i dont know anyone who has ever put a 2.62 ,I mean why would ya? You would lose that awesome out of the hole power somewhat ,but it would benifit on a Rolll,Anyway just typing my thoughts from wen u mentioned roll racing, and from the tome in ur voice u feel pretty much how i do.....🤣
The amount of error & excuses after watching a roll races is comical. I do enjoy roll racing myself because its fun & quick burst. But the real test is 1/4 mile on prepped road (drag strip).
You’re not getting 500whp out of a scat pack with cam and heads 💀💀💀
Right, you're getting more lol it's faster that hellcat
These 392's are running the same cam, here is the dyno footage

Mack built has built mads scars that r 520 wheel bro.
You have twin turbos on a 5.7 so where are your videos? Don’t live vicariously through others.
