No but this Charger 392 Scatpack makes short work of Charger Pursuit in this night police chase. This Blackout Charger Scatpack is gone within minutes of the police trying to pull him over.

@@Nangalad I thought I had seen this chase before. You're not kidding this video doesn't represent what actually happened. Major segments where left out such as Officer Gabriel Monroe having a blowout and him maintaining control until the car stopped, Officer Tyler Ryals hunted down the perp with the scat pack's lights off, and after losing the perp's car, the ASP later IDing the car and starting the chase again 1-1/2 hours later with a TVI and apprehension.
The dashcam footage I saw didn't have a pursuit after the big crash. But I do see there's more after on another channel.
@@RTLife That’s really strange. The video I saw was only 3:42 minutes long and he got away. Is everyone saying that LRHN just clipped part of a longer chase with a crash ?? If so that’s messed up

He honestly had nowhere to go. A lot of drivers lack situation awareness not only that it’s night time there is no reason for you not to see all those light flying up behind you like that . Driver in left hand lane at fault. Hmmm was the driver mirrors adjusted properly probably not if they were then that person would have seen those lights. The driver is in the considerable passing lane so he or she should have been pushing to get back over you can’t break down to get behind the other cars when you have traffic coming behind you js js. Logically speaking.

@@RTLife It's definitely one of the better ones that Stellantis has made. It cannot compare with an engine like an LT6 but it's not bad for the price, plus it's nearly impossible to get a Z06 MSRP, I don't think any dealer is price gouging 392s
Ehhh, 17 scat pack engine spun a bearing at 38k , barely drive it and don't beat the hell outta it and it still took a crap. Lucky I had a warranty. Had to fight like my life depended on it to get mopar warranty to cover it. Took 5 months to get a new long block!!

They are Relatively. Stellantis put some really Crappy rear rubber on a four hundred and eighty five horsepower rear wheel drive vehicle.
@@matthowell8985 and that why when you buy a 392 the first thing you do is get rid of the pos stock tires and buy some good street summer drag radios tires because those Pirellis tires that Mopar loves to put on their cars are no good for driving fast.... I have the Michelin pilot sport 4s on my 392 and I really like them also the nitto nt555 R2 are also great but of course these are not cheap tires but you will love them.

Most have AWD which is a nice advantage but stuck with the 5 speed auto

Unit down! I repeat, a unit is down! Wrecker en route. I learned that praise from NFS Hot Pursuit 2010 when I took out a unit that is much faster than those Dodge Charger Pursuits.

I hope that officer is OK and I hope that State realizes putting people at risk isn't worth it. here's a suggestion... GPS Darts....too expensive? That Lawsuit is going to cost more.

@@alexlindsey6446 They weren't chasing the perp for 1-1/2 hours. This was the time that elapsed from ending the first chase to later ID'ng the car and taking up the chase again. So no, people were not put into peril for the that 1-1/2 hour time period. Just so much wrong with that last chase. They should have called that off shortly after. It is not worth endangering innocent lives for traffic infractions.
supposedly they ended up getting the guy a couple of hours after that crash. It wasn't included in the original dashcam upload. I know what you mean though, I'd be pissed if Im heading back from work & got rear ended by a cop in a chase!

That charger in the 2nd video can drive I think the first cop in the 2nd vid tire popped thats why he almost spun out

ASP do fine for regular drivers but when they chase someone who actually knows how to drive,ASP become rookie cops very quickly.
I just don't see the upside in these high speed pursuits in traffic. YES the guy is speeding recklessly but mostly BECAUSE he's being chased. If you can't get him safely then why lose your cool and put every innocent driver at HUGE risk for their safety? The last cop I feel for I really do BUT his temperment was too reckless to have any other outcome than the one he had (slamming into the back of an innocent civilian). Hope they were okay. That was quite a collison and whiplash injuries can last a lifetime. All for what? Cop lost his better sense of judgement and became fixated on catching the Charger at ALL COSTS. SO NOT WORTH IT. I think its GROSS To be honest with you.

Yea the end of this video,the state trooper got the guy,by breaking the law,was driving left of center, driving 100 mph with no lights or siren and snuck up and pited the guy,troopers had to break law to catch him pathetic
