I started using the reactivate hair growth serum from liiitlextra for the past month and totally switched from my old serum since the past two months. It's been fantastic. I just use it one time daily with the spray pump that comes with the serum. It's really easy to use, non greasy, and without any scent. The hair growth results are up to now so great, and it's just 1 month just and I plan to keep to apply it.

I’m wondering why she says that she’s not being sponsored by the products she’s talking about in the video but then I’m the link descriptions she’s offering 10% off. Can anybody be trusted? I also looked into the hair serum online and read some reviews: people are saying that it doesn’t work. I’d like to know who to trust here…. The thing is if you’re truly going through hair loss and are desperate, then you’re naturally going to get stuff that someone says helped them . Then, you realize that they’re getting a cut from the products they’re saying they’re not advertising. Sad world.

It is sad world...I'll just stick with my regaine extra 5% strength growth for men 3 months supply.. I always get the foam one, because it's better for your scalp then solution one, it doesn't irritat your sclap or make u itch like crazy.. the solution liquid one is horrible I don't recommend it for anyone. I know regaine is also bit pricy but I really can see results over year and I bought it thorgh paypal pay in 3 so I don't feel that I spent a lot all at once and it last me so long, and plus I take vitamins.

Its all scam. Dear Anna, very simple solution: use onion juice (red the best), with dermarolling at home a few times per week and do handstands and massages to your scalp every night before bed. Period. Your hair will for sure regrow back. No expensive BS ''solutions'' which are BTW not permanently.

My hair has been thinning since I was in my mid twenties. I’m now 63. I’ve tried everything. What seems to be working for me is taking Collagen powder every morning and also spraying clove water on my scalp and massaging it in. I have new hairs growing in all over!! The Clove water I make is one cup of boiling water and 2 tbsps of whole cloves. Mix together and pour into glass jar and cover with lid. Let it sit over night and strain it and pour into spray bottle. I use it everyday. I also use Joan River’s Great Hair Day powder. I’ve noticed that I don’t use as much as I used to because my hair is getting thicker…

I am so glad I came across this video. I usually never comment, especially about something that I am so insecure about. I’m 22 and started losing a lot of my hair when I was 19. I feel like I’ve gotten everything including the Red light therapy cap, women’s Rogaine, hair growth oils and everything. I feel like I haven’t gotten results because I often get so discouraged just looking at my hair that I lost the motivation to stay consistent because it just feels like it’s a waste of time and I will never see results. Hair growth is truly a journey. This video motivated me to try again.

It’s so hard with hair because the results take so... much... time... But, DILIGENCE is key! Diligence is actually the secret to all health and success and has become my new favorite word. At the end of the day, when all I want to do is just crash in bed and I feel too tired to complete my healthy routine, the word “DILIGENCE” comes to my mind, or “Your diligence will be rewarded” and I drag myself into the bathroom and just do it. It’s been about five months since I formulated a plan and began to implement many hair health techniques. I didn’t begin to see noticeable improvement in density until four months into it. My personal plan is to address it from all different angles. First, and foremost, diet. I’ve been mindful to bias my food selections to only nutrient dense foods, especially grass-fed beef, cheese, tallow, butter and eggs, nuts, a hot drink I mix up with raw cacao/chaga mushroom/he shou wu/maple syrup has replaced my daily coffee, borscht, Dead Sea salt, lots of spices like curry, fennel and fenugreek. Taking digestive enzymes with meals so I’m really maximizing the nutrition actually absorbed. Supplementing with a balanced zinc/copper and a balanced D3/K2 (the K2 is SUPER important). Monthly self hair trim cutting 1/8 inch at a blunt angle (with good sharp hair cutting scissors) according to the Moroccan Method. Reducing hair washing to every 3 days as much as possible and eliminating the use of conventional shampoo. I now simply use Camille Rose Honey Hydrate - it’s marketed as a leav-in conditioner but for me it works as both a cleanser and conditioner and I rinse it out as leave-in is too heavy for my hair. After my shower I use a pea-size amount of Pacifica’s Pineapple Swirl which is marketed for curls but seems to do wonders for my fine straight hair and contains hyalauronic acid. My nightly routine is to brush my hair, bent over, 100 gentle strokes with a gentle boar bristle hair brush to stimulate circulation. Then I apply The Ordinary’s hyaluronic acid serum to my face and around my hairline and certain areas of my scalp, followed by just a few drops of castor and black seed oil blend mostly to my hairline but also certain scalp areas. Then I apply three drops of Earth Mama’s calendula baby oil mixed in my palm with several spritzes of rose water to my face and neck and working up into my hairline. That’s all 😂

@@tatzja8074 Thank you for all this information. Did it help grow your hair back?

    • @tatzja8074
      @tatzja8074 Год назад +1

@@nikkisiciliana2298 Yeah, I would definitely say my hair is stronger and healthier, so I have much less breakage, less shedding in the shower and less hair collecting in my hair brush. So in that regard it’s feeling denser but it’s still no where near “thick” nor do I really believe it ever will be no matter what I do because really I just have fine, thin-ish hair in my DNA.
Another thing I did which REALLY helped my hair texture was to install a shower head water filter. I’m on well-water and there are a ton of minerals in my water. Had no idea that was causing my hairs tendency to tangle easily and my daughter’s naturally wavy hair to become frizzy. We moved to this house around the same time she started puberty so we attributed the change in her hair texture to that (it didn’t get bad right away when we moved here but over time as the minerals were building up in her hair.) It wasn’t until recently I took my daughter to a new salon and the stylist asked, “Are you on well water?” She told me that was likely causing the texture problems and recommended a filter. So we got the filter (Aquabliss) and also used a mineral stripper (Malibu C hard water wellness treatment) and, wow, what a difference!

Another that I've have found that helps hair growth exceptionally well is cleansing the pores on the scalp. once the pores do become clogged hair can no longer grow in those areas. Get a spray bottle and fill it with apple cidar vinegar n put it in your shower. spray all over your scalp after wetting the hair. then apply your shampoo and cleanse your hair. It will help. Hair growth in genera is such a long n slow growing process that people do tend to give up way b4 they even begin to see any results... Try to stick to whatever method your using for at least 3 to 6 months to see if anything has changed. Hair only grows 1/2 in. to and in. each month. depending on the person. So Stay strong n don't give up!!!

Being sponsored and being an affiliate ARE NOT EVEN CLOSE!! Being an affiliate means you can add a discount to your page and yes they get a percentage but it isn’t much, AT ALL. We get more of a deal with the 10% off. We as individuals can go to just about any company and become affiliates and post nothing BUT links on our channel. It’s still a discount for the consumer we didn’t have.
I don’t understand why people get bent out of shape. when they didn’t pay anything to watch this, yet expect those who made the videos they enjoy, to spend all their time helping others with what helped them, for free. Especially since most viewers won’t even like or subscribe - which is how RUclipsrs earn money and get recognized. Most just take the info and run. Not everything that everyone does will help all. And you have to take what EVERYONE says with a grain of salt. You don’t know that person used it EVERY SINGLE DAY religiously. This woman is taking her time and A HORRIBLY embarrassing subject and putting herself out there, for others. Making 1.50 from any sales that might come from her YEARS of trial and error, isn’t that big of a deal. Not to mention, SHE TELLS us all about this at the end. Apparently people don’t watch entire videos. Typical.

Never would guess u had this problem. I have androgenic alopecia...this is cause because I have too high male hormones😔 in fact if I let it grow out. I would have a full beard along with severe acne. On top of this in have hypothyroidism and pcos and am in perimenopause....thankfully I saw a dermatologist and there was something to help. I have to take spironolactone a diuretic that reduces the androgens and now I have no acne and the hair fall is under control...unless my thyroid acts out. I have to take alot of vitamin supplements to support my thyroid and because I have had gastric bypass in the past. Im grateful for the help. I still have thin spots at the crown and the temple ares...i use 5% minoxidil for this...it is tough being a woman with hair loss...if I dont get all of my hair back it will be Ok.....i just am trying to hold onto the hair I have left. Inhave naturally curly hair and always wished I had strait hair...now im grateful for the curls to try to disguise the thinning....i also use dry shampoo....not as a shampoo but as a volumizer. It helps alot to give lift and the illusion of thicker hair.

Great video! I’ve been watching your channel for a while, and I would’ve never guessed you had thinning hair. You conceal it really well! I don’t have a genetic predisposition to thinning hair, but my hair started falling out a couple of years ago. I would say conservatively that I lost 1/3 of my hair if not closer to half. I don’t think I have any sort of thyroid condition, pcos, or any other sort of obvious health concerns that would cause chronic thinning; nonetheless, it was incredibly distressing. In December 2020, I started using nioxin (shampoo, conditioner, and scalp treatment), vivascal (oral supplement), and the ordinary’s hair density serum on my scalp everyday religiously. Like you said, this all requires consistency, time, and patience. So, 14 months later I have a full head of hair again. My hair is all different lengths but I’m completely ok with this. You’re right, having your hair back is such a confidence booster. Thanks for providing such great content! Have a great day!

Great video, but for people that are young like me (I’m 17) or for people that don’t have the means to afford these products I definitely recommend making a tonic for your hair, I made a really good tonic and it has definitely helped stopping the hair loss. It’s really easy to make it you will need Rosemary, garlic and ground clove, first you will need to boil 150ml of water (not from the tap) get the rosemary and put it inside a container pour the boiling water on it put the lid on the container and leave it resting for 4 hours, after 4 hours pour the rosemary water in a spray bottle or whatever you have and add a tsp of ground cloves and add a 1 crushed garlic clove and you’re done if you want to you can also add 3 drops of castor oil. To use it you just have to put the recipe on your scalp and massage it, do this on the day that you’re going to wash your hair or do it at night and wash your hair the next day.
ONE LAST TIP: if your hair is dirty please just wash it, leaving your hair dirty for too long can lead to build up resulting in more hair loss, try detoxing your scalp once a month with green clay (search up on RUclips how to do it) or exfoliate your scalp with chia seed and honey.

I'm almost 6 months in using 8 drops of rosemary essential oil mixed with a little EVOO (as a carrier oil) on my scalp every night. I put a plastic shower cap on my head and also a towel on my pillow to protect the pillow from any leaked oil. I "think" it's working, but it's hard to tell. There is definitely a lot of baby hairs all along my hairline, but I can't tell if they are actually growing more or not. The good thing about rosemary oil (which has been studied to be as effective as minoxidil) is that it's cheap and I've not had any side effects. I have had hormone issues for decades, which initially started the hair loss, but now my thyroid is a little wonky too, so that's not helping. I think rosemary oil only treats androgen based hair loss.

For the time being, I've cut down how often I wear my hair in a ponytail so there's less tugging and part my hair in a place I don't usually part it to give my natural part space to regrow and give an appearance that I'm not balding. 😒

Its called telogen effluvium it happens when your body goes threw a shock like a severe illness, surgery, major diet change , off medications or on medications, death of a loved one, car accident all for some examples basically an extreme stress to the body the hair usually starts falling out 2 to 4 months after the triggering event can last a few months to more extrems cases of up to a year but your hair will grow back it will all come back it just takes some time to recover from.... telogen effluvium isnt permanent... i had it and went threw severe shedding for about a year its now all growing back thank god!!! Theres lots of youtube videos on it .. good luck my heart goes out to you ❤

THANK YOU! for sharing your journey. I had thin hair but A LOT of it but now as I get closer to 50, it is seriously thinning out and I am mortified. I am terrified to even try to have “any fun” though it’s been YEARS since I colored my hair or did anything salon related. My grays are in full display. 🤦🏻‍♀️
I wonder, though, too, if it would work even somewhat for my partner. Poor guy had a head full of long locks at 17 and by 20 he was practically bald. He has peach fuzz in normal places but nothing on top and he HATES it. Not cuz of how it looks, necessarily, but because his scalp freezes in winter and burns in summer. And he isn’t a huge fan of hats.
I wonder if the hat has any kind of return policy. 🤔 I’ve heard lotta good things about red light therapy- 🧐 🤷🏻‍♀️ I, too, will share, if we decide the cost is worth it. I’m definitely getting step 2!!
Thanks so much, again. Take care! 🕊

they are very affordable and look 100% realistic.

The bad thing about the cap, if you are losing hair all over your head, is it only does the top of your head. For that price you would think it would do your whole head. I have found a cheaper version, but it is the same. Only the top of the head. I am using Nutafol now, been 3 months. Seems to be working. They said give it 6 months. So we will see. Thank you for all this information. Glad it is working for you.

Thank you so much for sharing! My hair started thinning when I was in my 20’s. My hair at the age of 44 looked just like your picture on top and my length broke off and was only to the end of my neck. I have had many tests checking for thyroid issues, it was finally recommended to me two years ago to see a dermatologist. She believes I have an autoimmune disease called trichorrexus nodosa. She started me on spirinolactone which is a potassium sparing diuretic but it blocks androgens. I have been using hair crowns for two years. I tried the hair fibers brand, strands. My hair got worse and the dermatologist thought it was from strands. I quit using that and she doubled my spirinolactone so I take it at night and have it in my system 24/7, I also started rogaine for men since it’s stronger than the women’s strength. I use garnier sulfate free shampoo. I am happy to say that my dr and family have noticed a huge difference. My hair is filling in on top and I have a lot of new growth. I am finally to the point where I am ready to take off the crowns and have my hair cut and styled. Thank you again for sharing your journey having hair gloss really hurt my confidence.

Great video; very well done. I have the same cap and have also found it super helpful. There is a new prescription one out with 5000 laser diodes. It costs $5000 so definitely not in my budget right now. Maybe if my current cap ever dies.
Female genetic hair loss is caused by hormones and/or DHT (great articles out there if you research). The one-two punch of a daily DHT blocker plus minoxidil is supposed to be very effective and has helped me tremendously. The foams are a nightmare; the drops are better. One serum you might want to consider is from HappyHead, a compound spironolactone (DHT blocker) with minoxidil. (They also have one with finasteride but that has been proven more effective for men; women do better with spironolactone.) I use the cap and a DHT blocker-minoxidil combo, and just today added Revela Hair Revival Serum. It is quite new but sounds plausible and I thought worth a try. Like you, I throw everything I can at the problem and have had good - not perfect, but definitely good - results.
Shampoos with DHT blockers (saw palmetto, caffeine, pumpkin seed oil) are also helpful.
We are lucky to have more options than our mothers and grandmothers had, and the science is advancing all the time. Best of luck to you with your regrowth journey.
