Very helpful - I'm checking out carnivore whilst reducing carbs. It's a bit daunting but I see all the benefits which can't be ignored, thank you for the effort you put into this vlog 😊
I stayed on track with the carnivore lifestyle (easily) through every festivity and celebration! Here's the key: I found to build Self-Trust is to make a commitment and stick to it no matter what. This way our bodies can finally trust us. A 100% commitment stops excuses and justifications like you used in this video. Plus, I determined, when we give into the voice in our head (the wanting, the excuses and the justifications) we strengthen that voice, we give it power to run (ruin) our lives, and it is a never ending cycle of misery. However, and most importantly, when we don't give in we shrink the voice and eventually it goes away completely. This also allows for our Authentic voice to become louder and that's amazing to have that in charge! I am living proof this works. Hope it helps another.
Hi Tracey, I began the Carnivore diet shortly after your first video. I just recently had debilitating pain in my hips- when I had never had any issues whatsoever! It was the worst at night after sleeping and upon waking. So I have been completely carnivore for 3-4 weeks ? I noticed less pain recently. I did definitely experience flu like symptoms for about a week. Headache exhaustion.. I plan on continuing for the 30 days . Thank you for your podcasts. I also have a very old farmhouse in WNY near Lake Ontario. I forgot to mention my age is 62 and I fortunately have no other health issues and take no meditations. Also, Please share your exercise routine and crafts or hobbies! ❤
Hi Tracee, thank you for this excellent video. I'm going to email you for your soul bread recipe. That is one thing that I really miss on a ketovore diet is not eating bread. I'm pretty much carnivore with the exception of avocados, which makes me ketovore! Please share your exercise routine with us. Looking forward to your next video. Annette
Thank you Tracey for the very informative video. Appreciate all your food ideas . My son in law will be starting the carnivore diet - I can pass some of these helpful ideas to him. Yes I’d love to see any exercise routines you may do. Thanks again 😊
One of the things I liked most about the Keto diet, when I first tried it, was the protein packed menu. I was raised on a farm, and we had lots of beef in the freezer. Of course, there were chickens, so we had chicken and lots of eggs as well. I was not able to sustain the Keto lifestyle for long, in fact, I've never been able to "diet." I am curious about the carnivore diet, and how it might fit into my current season of life. I will explore!
Happy New Year Tracee❤ I would love to see your exercise routine! I love a medium rare ribeye as well. That kerrygold butter is the best butter I’ve ever tasted. This soul bread is new to me! I would love the recipe. I’ll email you. My son has ulcerative colitis and a carnivore diet has been one of the only things that has made his autoimmune disease bearable. Oh boy! You should see how much steak this kid eats! He also uses butter, sea moss and sauerkraut and goat milk Kiefer. Love the other Tracie
I have osteoarthritis and would love to see the exercises you do. I'm currently doing strengthening exercises for my knee but would love to see what I could add to my routine.
Please do your video on how to build bones with exercise. Also, please show us on how to do the keto mojo machine because I eat ice cream that I saw on Dr. Kiltz. Thanks❤
I am just starting on the carnivore diet after watching your video, I never knew anything about it until I watched one of your video so thanks to you. My question is about stevia is it allowed to have it with coffee or not? Thank you!!
There is a lot of information about fiber. I will try to do a video about that. I do not need it. With all the fat I eat eveything is smooth sailing, it you get my drift! haha
Great sharing of your experience of life!
Personal experiences always touches.
Keep up such great sharing

Yes! Eggs, steak, bacon, butter, beef, fish, love ghee in coffee.❤
So glad to see another video from you, particularly on this topic as a woman older than myself as my husbands been trying to turn me onto this diet :)
Oh, he has! What was his reasons why?

I try not to think of it as a diet. It's a lifestyle. I was keto for years then only went carnivore to give my sister-in-law a buddy. Now I love it!
Looking forward to hearing more about this❤ happy new year!
Wow... very nice ❤❤
Happy New Year Tracee❤

Wow! So glad you found carnivore for your boy. I have heard that the diet has worked for so many with ulcerative colitis! Thank you Tracie!
Would love recipies, your overall health and exercise routines 🎉❤
I have osteoarthritis and would love to see the exercises you do. I'm currently doing strengthening exercises for my knee but would love to see what I could add to my routine.
Thank you for this video 😊
My pleasure 😊
❤ awesome video

Wonderful! Will do. Making your own ice cream with stevia or monk fruit 😋 is yummy
I have osteopenia and one of legs bothers me alot. I would be interested in watching you chose to do for exercise. Thanks
I’m getting very interested in trying carnivore. I was always taught our bodies weren’t made for meat. Now that has all changed.
I agree! It is changing. Thank you for watching.
I am just starting on the carnivore diet after watching your video, I never knew anything about it until I watched one of your video so thanks to you. My question is about stevia is it allowed to have it with coffee or not? Thank you!!
Yes! I use Stevia in my coffee
Thank you!
I have osteoporosis also.
I will be touching on that in a future video. Thank you for watching.
I love beef, but if I had to eat it every day, I’m afraid it would ruin it for me!
My sister-in -law was a vegetarian for 20 years. She was not a fan of meat. I asked her to try it for just 30 days. She kept going.
Very informative. Just a few questions. Do you eat seafood? Also, with osteoporosis, how do you get your calcium?
Yes I love seafood! I forgot to mention that. In fact, for New Years Eve, I made cippino! I love oysters and I also take a calcium supplement.
Eggs everyday? What about cholesterol numbers?
I need to do a video about cholesterol. It is not a short answer. Personally I am not concerned about LDL, I look more at Triglycerides and HDL.
What about fiber in your diet?
There is a lot of information about fiber. I will try to do a video about that. I do not need it. With all the fat I eat eveything is smooth sailing, it you get my drift! haha
Do you do intermittent fasting at all?
Yes I did during the first year! That helps with loose skin after weight loss and I hear it can help clean up mitochondria.
Thank you for the video! I would also like to see your exercise routine. 😊
Hiii
It's the eggs for me. Cannot do them.
That's ok. A lot of people can't.
I wish I wasn't allergic to eggs. 😒I have chickens too...and I can't eat their eggs. LOL!
Oh man that is a bummer! Have you tested to see if it is just the whites? That is usually the part people are allergic too.
Exercise video please 😀
