Was dinner at home or dining out? I always struggle to know/estimate calories when eating out.
I ate strawberries occasionally but my allergies made it impossible for me to consume them anymore.

you ate 1/3rd of a lb of protein in 1 day. Are you putting on 1 lb of muscle every 3 days? If not, your body is turning that protein into acid and ammonia and using your bones to neutralize the acid from metabolization.
Weak bones is the first side effect, liver and kidney damage is next
Where in the world did you get that information?
Your body uses protein for many other things as well as building muscle. It also repairs bones, maintains tissues, causes biochemical reactions, helps your body maintain its pH, is needed for hormones, balances fluid, bolsters immune strength, transports & stores nutrients and it is also an energy source. Don’t be a silly goose please 😅
You know that muscle isn't just a bunch of protein right? This is possibly the dumbest thing I've ever read.
This would be true if she was eating maybe 250g. She's bulking and breast feeding, of course it's going to be on the higher end. She's eating about 1.2 grams per pound of body weight, which is acceptable for bulking.
Your not suppose to do hardcore workouts and specialy not abs when you just had a baby 5 months ago. You juste distroyed your interior and you can have cancer befor you know. Forget the project if you whant a nother chield. You have to take a year off for your metabolism recover. Forget about fitness when it come's to health. Fitness yes but at limite. What you do, is so not healthy.
I’m 9 months post partum not 5, and my workouts aren’t hardcore ☺️
