    Pronated vs Supernated vs mix grip dead lift. What's your opinion?

      Mike Vincent I think you should always go over overgrip or pronated with all your lighter loads. As the weight gets heavier I think it's smart to go to a mixed grip to prevent the barbell from Rolling in your hands. I guess with some of your lighter weight if you wanted to go with a double supinated-grip you certainly could but I would say that that's the least important out of all of them cuz it's trying to bring the biceps into the exercise.

    I always feel alot of discomfort on the rear foot of Bulgarian split squats. Why is that?

      Seth Allen Probably ankle mobility issues. Very common. Stretch tibialis anterior and soleus, do ankle rotations.

      Ypu can just have your back foot on the ground instead of on a bench

      @Andrew Robeen If you have small calves, you will have chicken legs for the rest of your life. You will look like you skip leg day when you wear shorts.
