First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
@@montagez3651 probably because if she were not to state what kind of gender she was, people will assume she's a Male, therefore being weak because of just using 15 lbs dumbbells for this workout
Never understood why people hate or skip leg day. Sure its not as fun a shoulder or arms and chest days, but they are extremely important and can be fun if you do them correctly,
The Leg Day itself is cool. While your working out it's awesome. But the day after, you have to steal your grandpa's walker to be able to move, it just hurts so much the next 2/3 days ppl just kinda hate it. But that shouldn't stop us. Buff Dudes have Buff Legs 💪🏻
It's really awesome that you guys do this because during the summer the Jr. College in Hobbs New Mexico shuts down there gym from the end of a semester to the beggining of another semester. That's really close to three months.
I'm really digging these at-home workouts. It's always been my preferred environment; put on some music, soak up some rays, get creative and get buff. Thanks bros!
GOD DAMN IT I LOVE THESE DUDES!!!! I have my own little gym and i love how these guys give you so many vids for you to do at home and on top of that they tell you many reps and sets.... not many channels do that
@buffdudes, you guys seriously inspired me to hit the gym and start my goal from skinny to buff! You're both really good teachers and helped a noobie like me learn a thing or two about almost everything involving fitness and gaining muscle. Just wanted to say thanks and carry on the great work! STAY BUFF!
Bummed about leaving my gym to work from home full time. You guys have made this transition easy on me. Conference call, set, emails, set - thanks Buff Dudes
PAULO O.J. Fuller Great. I'm a avid dumbbell user. They work wonders. They can work most major muscle groups. Theyre flexible and portable. Making them great for home workouts. The only thing you'll need is an incline bench

+Jeff Jefferson Jekovsky had the exact same thaught =D love this channel and the buff dudes! also greets from germany (and yeah, it's damn freaking cold here )
pros: this works the fuck out of your legs cons: can barely walk after this workout tip: do this on the weekend/when you dont have work, thank me later
Subscribed. First time working out in 10 years. I will not be able to walk tomorrow and perhaps may be intermittently cussing both of you SOBs throughtout the next 2 days, BUT MAN I FEEL GREAT!!!!! Can't wait to do arms next!!! Thank you!
Really good exercises. I live in a three room apartment with my wife so we don't have a lot of space for training devices so this series is worth gold to me.
Just discovered this gem amongst your videos. All are challenging/hard exercises to fulfill with perfect technique, especially when fatigue hits hard. Had to adjust the split squat into a reverse split squat due to a slight patella niggle. Romanian (for me) was the hardest one to get right technically. By far the easiest was the bench step up. But when you have legs like mine - seen better ones hanging out of a nest - all legs exercises are challenging. What tends to make ANY legs exercise potentially difficult and a bit painful, is the tracking of my left patella following a high tibial osteotomy of my left leg. My patella tracking is now off and causes a pinching of a tendon/ligament when working leg through normal range of movement, and is amplified when the knee is placed under load. But the surgeons refuse to do a revision, leaving my left leg with a partial valgus that it never had before. Thanks for the session, guys. Much respect from the UK.
I love your workouts, silly but very impressed with your brotherly affection for one another...that's pretty awesome. I have 6 siblings and while we care for each other we have no communication or association ... sad to say.
This workout looks great I workout at home cause I can't afford to go to the gym so I love yalls advice and glad you do these videos much love to you guys#BuffDude 💪🏻
Thanks, buff dudes! I will try it this evening or tomorrow morning. On a whim, I tried dumbbell squat this morning, and I realized I should learn from others, 'cause I found my gesture kinda of weird. But after watching your video, I gain lot of confidence and couldn't wait longer to try it. Again, thanks a lot.
I usually take workouts I see online and change them according to my needs. I didn't have to change this one one bit, immediately as I saw it I thought it was very solid. Thank you very much!
Hey Buff Dudes thanks a lot 💯 since I saw this video, I developed much love for leg day! I can't ever skip leg day. It's one of my favorite muscle workout 🏃
Just did this complete workout in my living room while my two year old son was asleep in his room. I like how you guys did the deadlifts one side at a time, very cool.
Are you dutch? I know dutch people freak out when they see you have lights on in mid of the fucking day. While I used to live at Amsterdam I had people ring on my door and tell me "your light is on" I was what the fuck is this? If it happened once I'd be k, but it happened several times. Well not a surprise tho I guess when you walk during night time all you see is low power light bulbs they're like fucking bats man.
hi guys peter from kenya , this is a killer workout those split squats are the truth , i just managed 4 on both sides,my weak ass legs couldnt take any longer , on to back workout tomorrow
Amazing man thanks for it i honestly dont know who ever put disslike to this effort, did they even try these works out?? I came to london for a night didnt want to miss the gym and had few light weight dumbbell, tried these workouts and its highly appreciated thanks alot
Great video guys. Looking forward to the 12 week program series. Could you guys do another battle rope video? Would be cool to see what all you guys do when you use them. Thanks for the great videos.
and thank you for tip at 2:20, I recently heard this from one of Abby Pollock's newest videos on lunges and I realized I've been standing straight when doing my walking lunges. which is fine, but I barely feel my butt or underleg area. the slight lean-forward method KILLS my hamstrings(I think it's my hamstrings anyway)
For me it was everyday for 1 week and I did it again so I think I will not be able to walk for the rest of my life I can barely go up the stairs in my school
I performed the squats and the leg splits only. I did them Monday today is Thursday and it still hurts to sit and walk. from my thigh to my hip is sore. when I finished Monday night I barely made it to the bed. when I woke up I was trying my best not to walk with a limp at work lol. I love these exercises.

Hey dudes, I really feel like my dominant body side is taking over in a lot of workouts. Could you please do an exercise video, that is targeting the left / right body side individual? I know, I know, it’s like every dumbbell exercise, but still, it would help me and probably somebody else too! Thanks a lot!
Love it especially when leg day only consists of front/back squat leg extension/curl leg press and maybe hack squat (power clean if I'm feeling it that day)

Elizabeth Nguyen why do you need to say you’re a female?
@@montagez3651 because women are weaker then men on average. So that's the reason she used light weights.

those split squats are going to be the death of me
Steven Arouh I have a squats workout which I do once a fortnight which happens to involve split squats. They're definitely a horrible exercise.
Split squats are the worst

Might be a week late, but I'm digging the Caddyshack reference.

I believe the front knee should be further back (over the ankle) for better form (as opposed to almost in front of the toe).
This is going to be a great workout if you're at a hotel with a fitness center. Not looking forward to this one. Thanks for the workout guys!!!
