They should have had another "customer" come up to the counter and pick up their clothing with the logo and talk about how great it turned out while the person on candid camera looked on. I would love to have seen that reaction.

Funny part: now people wear plain tshirts with logos from famous companies on them like Coca Cola, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Levy’s, etc... and pay money for those tshirts.

Exactly, I've never understood why people would think that was a cool look! It's funny, if not disturbing, that a lot of these CC pranks are now just commonplace reality, and no one bats an eyelid. 🤡🌏

Not really, closer to 50 than 40 yet many days I don't feel it. A few days I'll feel my age when some of my joints feel like they've had better days, but otherwise, it's true, you really are only as old as you feel.

@@commentfreely5443 Lol, I'm the same way. Only I see it as even worse since they almost always charge more for you to have the logo... which is insane. They should be paying you or at least discounting the shirt in exchange for the advertising. Plus, often the logos are for businesses I don't even use. For these and other reasons, I just like a nice plain shirt.

That's what happens when you buy a new car. The dealership puts a frame around your license plate advertising the dealership. Many if not most people don't take it off. Also gyms often sell workout gear with their names and logos on it.
People definitely pay more for brandnames plastered all over the piece. Only a problem if the ad doesn't add status to their outfit.

It would have been funny if the cashier's shirt advertised Candid Camera on the back. Then she could have just turned around and shown the people when she was ready to reveal that they were on T.V.

This one's especially funny, because most people advertise companies they've got nothing to do with for free. And those companies know this! Nike, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Adidas, and on and on. So many people are advertising their stuff for FREE! Why, I have no idea. They've been fooled into thinking there's some stature in displaying popular brands on their clothes. Walking billboards, and for free. And those people have often had to pay for the billboards they're carrying around. Come on, people.
This was prior to people wearing Name brands as a status symbol or as a fashion statement. 😂🤣😂

Joe Postove ive heard those wraps ruin your paint job on your car and some insurance companies dont insure your car if you have the ad wraps on them.
Kool cigarette company used to pay you if you allowed them to put a cigarette ad on your car. The only thing was you needed to have a Volkswagen Beetle to qualify.
