I love this video the show the way how to shoot birds on the air . Your red dot help a lot for me . Thanks keep, always safe . From:YTC: The Pagkaliwagan Family
I have purchased a Shotkam recently but when I tried to edit and cut down the video footage, the edited video footage became much larger than the original Shotkam video footage, I wonder how you managed to put this fantastic video footages together without going into terabyte of space? Your help will be much applicated
As usual the footage is brilliant and the shooting is a perfect reminder of how to do it. It could be an instructional video in terms of variety of shots and the necessary lead. Great stuff. Can’t wait for the spring drilling to start in my area.

Hi Anthony, what a great day you had. Excellent shooting too, well done. May I ask, how did you find your Shotkam to set up? I bought one last year and havn't tried it yet. I live on the South Coast, which used to be brilliant for pigeons but the past 5/6 years its been pretty poor. We used to get pigeons in their droves coming across from the channel. I think they must turn and head up country now. I've just subscribed, keep your videos coming and keep shoiting straight. Its great to watch a great shot like yourself. Cheers, Ewan.
Hi Ewan glad to hear that you have enjoyed the video we don't have huge amounts of birds here either but as soon as some spring drilling starts they seem to appear from nowhere 🤷♂️. The ShotKam is very easy to set up and use, they are great bits of kit 👍
@@shootingwithanthony3496 Last time I edited some Shotkam Footage I just lowered the shot volume peaks. On another I wiped them and used a music soundtrack but nowhere near as long as yours.
@@ShotawayFilms thanks for the help, hopefully it won't be a problem on future videos as I am planning to be using my 28ga over and under for most of them 👍
@@shootingwithanthony3496 Will not make a dramatic difference as rattle is inherent with shotkam.Fine for a few birds just found it too much all through.Might just be me.
Awesome shooting skills. I watch such videos mainly because I hate those air rats called pidgeons, but also because I'm a fan of hunting. Did it myself when I was a kid. Wild duck, wild geese, with bow and arrow. Here in Germany they are protected though, and there are many hunting regulations in place. During mating time though, the pidgeons are all over my balcony, trampling over my spice herbs, and other young plants, and sh1tting over the whole balcony. But sadly, with them being protected, I'm not allowed to kill them. Such videos are satisfying now and then.

You got the 'choke ' tubes in both barrels by the look of those 'pillow buster' shots or were they 20 yards out
I do like to be well choked up, I never use less than 3/4👍
Great shooting and a new subscriber, pigeon decoying my fav sport better than any driven game day.👍
Thanks, I couldn't agree with you more, and it's cheaper 👍

Great shooting & must be very different nth of Peterborough than to the west (where I am) as we have very few or at least on the crops I protect.
Thank you, it's been a very strange year, nothing about all winter yet as soon as the spring drilling started they turned up in big numbers 👍
Good video mate great shooting just a quick question did you turn your flappers off towards the end
Glad you liked the video, yes I brought the flapper in about halfway through when one of the wings came loose 👍

Really good video, excellent shooting, where abouts in the country are you?
Thank you, I am just north of Peterborough 👍
Did You change catridges at the end of the footage? The vibrations on the Shotgun are diferent...
No I didn't change cartridges but I did change the settings on the ShotKam, well done for noticing the change 👍
Credit to you !! Great shooting farmer will be happy 👍🐦

Impressive shootings, Professional Editing!
Thanks 👍
Quick question mate what’s with the tap of the gun, seen it in a few of you videos? Well shot abs great content.
The tap on the gun is what starts the camera on the barrel recording 👍 Glad you like the video 👍
Great video.Suggest you do something in editing to tone down the clatter of the shotkam.
Thanks, I will see what I can do about the noise of the gun. I agree that it is annoying but that's auto's for you 👍

Please can you tell what type of scope you are using
I was using a shotgun so no scopes, 👍
Im in york, we dont seem to get piddos in that amount. Have some good days on the crows, are you down south ?
Just north of Peterborough mate 👍
Well shot, some excellent birds with a few R and Ls, 👏👏

What choke have u got in ?
I was using an extended 3/4 choke in this video 👍
Awesome shooting, pigeons are what I love to shot the most, horrible flying rats they are!
Thank you 👍
So as a human, we get to decide who lives? Wow.
Nailed it
What do you do with them then? With a bunch of meat.
They all go to a game dealer who processes them and they all go into the food chain 👍
How far are you shooting the pigeons away on the shot cam
They varied on this video, they were between 20 and 50 yards away
@@shootingwithanthony3496 what shells are you using at 20 yards
@@davidcaul7836 I was using 30g 6's on all of the pigeons 👍
What condition is the meat after shooting them at 20 yards
@@davidcaul7836 surprisingly OK.
Guess when we run out of pigeons. Then we go to Campbell soup cans. PULL ..
Which cartidge do you use?
Clear pigeon 30g 6's 👍
Is your gun right handed as I see u are right handed like. Myself
It's bad that we have little wild pigeon in our area, wood pigeon (
We are plagued with them here destroying all the farmers crops.
Good shooting 👍🏻
Thanks 👍

Why kill so many?
Because they are a pest species that destroy farmers crops.
