I strongly vote this as a returning series for the future. It's got Kirby Dream Course vibes, and there is plenty of content to take in small doses. I also believe this game can make use of the multi tap, so it's got potential for their other series. Plus it's just dang fun, and fun to watch. Alright, that's enough from me. Back my daily routine of sitting down staring at this blank wall, consuming saltines until the next episode of Game Grumps.
What a throwback this game is! I remember playing this with my friends, so much fun. And by friends I mean I played this alone in my room. So much crippling loneliness and fun all in one room!
I saw that too! I think it was meant to be 20 x 3 = 60 but the creators accidentally added an extra 0... also, how do you get a 7 with an addition question that already has a 7 but no 0? 17 + 42 = 57 x
I'm really glad they enjoyed this one. I loved this game growing up, and it's always good to hear genuine enjoyment from both of them. It always seems like it surprises Arin. It's like, "Wait, there are games that I just like? Without engaging the criticism part of my brain? I didn't know that could happen..." In unrelated news, I REALLY hope "I'm gonna cream" doesn't become the new "I'm gonna pre". That joke made me stop watching Grumps for, like, a month because I knew there would be a minute or so in every episode where it would just be repeated ad nauseum. There are jokes that are funny at first, but you just gotta let 'em go at some point (like how Dan was attempting to predict when Arin would use the "I'm epic" joke in a recent Majora's Mask episode).
Awww, me and my best friend John used to play this 20-some years ago. John reminds me EXACTLY of Arin. I'm like Dan, minus the good looks, charm, and incredible singing voice. Other than that, spittin' image!
I'm so happy they played this game, and I'm even happier that they enjoyed it, because I remember playing the *hell* out of this game when I was a kid and loving every minute of it. This is a crazy fun party game and really feels like a precursor to the type of insanity that MarioKart later refined.
1:22 Math question 2 is marked correct: 200 × 3 = 60 Arin was incorrect. Though only one question was _marked_ incorrect, both it and #2 _were_ incorrect.
Kind of want Micro Machines to become a staple Game Grumps Vs just like the many golf games have become, hoping one day to see Micro Machines V3 being played on here
I had this game as a kid and played it to death. The stages are really creative and some are just insanely difficult on single player. Cracking game, glad to see my positive nostalgia for it holds out!
1:42 - "I WASN'T TRYING TO CHEAT, I WAS TRYING TO WIN" Dan's an angel. If someone says that to my face while cheating, I absolutely do not guarantee that person's safety
Seems like you guys had a lot of fun, and it made this VS a lot of fun to watch ! You should play Micro Machines v3 on the Playstation, it is even better and the tracks get super crazy and elaborate. ...plus the tracks are sorted by difficulty, and the final difficulty mode is called "Rock Hard".
I really want to see the grumps play this again, maybe with other people? I wonder how the Bonus works with 3 players, and also... Can you IMAGINE the chaos, everyone bumping into eachother? Hilarious.
As someone who did grow up with a SNES, I legitimately wish I knew about this game as a kid because I had the Super Van City playset and I loved that thing lol
Oof. As someone who had a parent in a nursing home and the other have a quick stay in the hospital, thank you so much for all the work you guys do. It really is appreciated!
For what I initially thought would be one of the many generic brand-integrated video games of the 90s, this turned out to actually be a great concept. Especially all the track variety.
i have a bootleg dreamcast disc with a bunch of genesis games on it. my friends and i randomly played this at some point and totally fell in love with it. such a fun game.
I remember renting this a few times for the N64. The control scheme is a bit weird with the single screen but I was always impressed with the track design.
So, I grew up with the N64 version of this game (micro machines 64 turbo), and it's funny how much both games are alike in level design. Like, they're playing courses that I swear I've played, but in 3D. Even the characters are extremely similar. It feels like the only development they made between this SNES one and the N64 is literally adding more and making it 3D, but keeping everything the same. Like, I still remember Spyder, Jethro, and Walter from back then.
Late big brother and I played this (and I think there was a sequel) a long time ago. Good fun, and maybe with the exception of the droning of engines and impact sounds, it looks to have aged quite well. ^.^
I miss seeing "______ WINS!" on screen.
yeah, I don't even know who won anymore.
Nobody wins on Game Grumps XD
That's because ______ never won a game since that episode.
That required actual editing to be done.
That would require game grumps to actually hire good editors
I wish there was a stage that was a crime scene where you race on the chalk outline of the victim's body
I smell DLC.
That's... Odly specific
Ian Jones im not sure how dlc would work on the snes
Jesus Wore Jordans it’s almost like you’re talking about the PS2 3d remake
I guess emulator like Kirby golf.

Friendship ender but great game!
7.8/10 too much water
This isn't Mario Party
10:20 "Fill me up daddy" - Arin Hanson 2018
"Fill me up with your seed, baby!"
Its the oddest thing I love them both but for every gamegrumps versus I always find myself rooting for Dan to win. I dont know why hahaha
I think Arin seems to talk more smack, so you end up kinda wanting to see him get shut down.
Same
Same, except in Kirby's Dream Course, just because Arin is such an underdog.
Team Arin for life. The guy needs it more.
Hes the underdog usually as Arins a better gamer
My favorite moment is how happy Arin is after the play at 2:50 :D
Literally rooting for danny the entire time.
Butts McGrumps Mood.
Arin plays so dirty in this episode (it was kinda funny tho)
I think it's that way for everyone on every game tbh. Danny is definitely my favorite.
I always root for dan in any game. I don't know why
Because danny is pure, and needs all the love. But Arin is lit too.
Arin, why are all our tables pushed together and your micro machine crap all over them?
SHUT UP MOM, I'LL DO MY HOMEWORK AFTER THE BIG RACE!
Arin, why are all our tables pushed together and your micro machines are all over them?
SHUT UP SUZY! DAN AND I ARE HAVING A REMATCH!
LMAO
The fact that Dan is red and Arin is blue is messing with my head, man.
Jessica Landeros
Ō SHIT
I think it was messing them up too.
Jessica Landeros lol me too, Dan’s always blue!
I feel for anyone who is colorblind.
Megan G right?!
So where are the Grumps Dream Course folks to turn this into Micro Grumps???
What a throwback this game is! I remember playing this with my friends, so much fun. And by friends I mean I played this alone in my room. So much crippling loneliness and fun all in one room!
Arin: At least there's nothing to fall off of.
Dan: wait, I fell off.
Arin: I wasn't trying to cheat, I WAS TRYING TO WIN!!
Yeah. By cheating.
"It's not cheating if you can do it."
-Arin Hanson, 2014
This episodes became an instant classic
"I wasn't cheating I was trying to win!" Is probably one of my new favorite Arin quotes.

200 x 3 = 60 ✔
Thank you! I thought I was loosing my mind lol
200 x .3 = 60
I saw that too! I think it was meant to be 20 x 3 = 60 but the creators accidentally added an extra 0...

@@Edscratch23469 well, the addition problem was marked as wrong on the page
@@acetrainer5564 I know. I was trying to figure out the mindset you'd have to have to get an answer like that?
I used to play this game with my little brother. I had forgotten how fun it is. Thanks for the nostalgia trip.
*Eurobeat intensifies*
I played this game a ton as a kid! I'm glad the Grumps are having fun with it!
I grew up on the 4th one. Same premise, but on PS2, so it was 3D and had a pointlessly large number of cars and tracks and it was great.
*Stay out of Rocky Town*
Grimgrol population: rockington

...thanks for that.
It's nice seeing the boys have this much fun on one of these VS.
Gotta be my absolute favourite game of my childhood that I had forgotten about! I'm so glad they found this!!
Awww, me and my best friend John used to play this 20-some years ago. John reminds me EXACTLY of Arin. I'm like Dan, minus the good looks, charm, and incredible singing voice. Other than that, spittin' image!
PLAY MICRO MACHINES FOR N64 it's even more fun!!
And invite Ross as third player ;)
MM V3 on PS1 had better graphics and supports up to 8 players!
"Hey I'm Grump!"
"I'm not so Grump!"
"And I'm Ross!"
"And... we're... the Game Grumps!"
"And Ross!"
So does the N64 version (8 players)
I'm so happy they played this game, and I'm even happier that they enjoyed it, because I remember playing the *hell* out of this game when I was a kid and loving every minute of it. Math question 2 is marked correct:
200 × 3 = 60
Arin was incorrect. Though only one question was _marked_ incorrect, both it and #2 _were_ incorrect.
This was my FAVORITE game when when I was like 5, I’m so glad it holds up in 2018!
Matt and Ryan why no Arin Wins on screen?
someactorkid Spoilers
Kind of want Micro Machines to become a staple Game Grumps Vs just like the many golf games have become, hoping one day to see Micro Machines V3 being played on here
This was a very prominent game when I was little. And when I was a pothead college student. So it warms my heart to see them play this.
I'm happy when the Grumps are having fun!
I loved this game so much growing up. We played it for hours and hours.
Watching the grumps play this game makes me happy.
Aww, so nice to see them enjoy a game that I played so much with my friends as a kid. Strong thumb-ups indeed!
I love it when they play a simple old game and have so much fun
This was a super enjoyable watch. What a gem.
These have been my favorite gameplays in a long time. Way better to watch them have fun and be competitive instead of just dicking around
I had this game as a kid and played it to death. The stages are really creative and some are just insanely difficult on single player. Cracking game, glad to see my positive nostalgia for it holds out!
I absolutely loved this game as a kid.
I enjoy them enjoying themselves it's such a change
I'm so happy they are enjoying this game, I used to play it a loooooooooooot when I was a kid
2:52 “Whoops!” Lol classic.
"Don't...*say* that anymore." Why did that kill me? XD
0:57 LOL
Ok, who else paused a Grumps VS to do the math homework?
What do you call a cereal named after Arin?
Cheat-os
... but...?
This series is turning out to be really good lol.
1:42 - "I WASN'T TRYING TO CHEAT, I WAS TRYING TO WIN"
Dan's an angel. If someone says that to my face while cheating, I absolutely do not guarantee that person's safety
Sir Rockington... Did Dan make a JonTron reference?
Yeti Gaming Subconsciously I bet.
i couldn't stop playing 2:51, i was laughing so hard
I miss playing the N64 version of this!!! Such a blast from the past
please never stop playing this game. It's so fun to watch
This was a surprisingly awesome game! I'd love to see them do this again some time.
I loved this game back in the days
They didn't get to play my favorite level! The one on the pool table. I loved this game as a kid, glad the grumps enjoyed it.
This was a joy to watch. I love when they play games eith unbridaled joy.
You guys are making me want to play this now.
Same. I played it yesterday after episode 1.
SupaPixelGirl You totally should!! I’d watch it ☺️
this has been the best game grumps vs in a long time, IMHO
Arin knocking off Dan at 2:50 is probably the best thing I've seen today.
definitely one of the more fun episodes to watch
I really want to see the grumps play this again, maybe with other people? I wonder how the Bonus works with 3 players, and also... Can you IMAGINE the chaos, everyone bumping into eachother? Hilarious.
I remember micro machines II from when I was young, it was awesome!
As someone who did grow up with a SNES, I legitimately wish I knew about this game as a kid because I had the Super Van City playset and I loved that thing lol
*I'M GONNA CHEESE-CREAM!*
I like the series where they just have fun
If for some weird reason I ever become a guest grump, this is the game we'll be playing.
They xould play this game everytime and i would still watch. More micro machines plz
5:55
FREE THING INSIDE
Ummm.....
4:10 So much passion
Anyone else remember the Micro Machines commercials with the fast talking guy? "If it doesn't say Micro Machines, it's not the real thing!"
5:10. "Oh, the CHEETOS!"
...Daniel Avadan. We need to talk about your snack confusion.
"There's a break button?!" Have never heard anything more Game Grumps.
2:52 "whoops" made me fucking die
Man. Today has been shitty...( i work as a nurse, and there is a reason i said "shitty"...)
GameGrumps. U saved the day😆
Laken 98 Hey, I want to say thank you for your work, I know it's one of the toughest thing in the world to be a nurse. Thank you so much.
Nurses like you had to do that for me when i broke my back (shattered 5 vertebrae, punctured my spinal chord). You guys are heroes! thank you!
Booty Duty
FUCKING NURSE
ANGIE
ANGGIIIEEEE
NURRSSEEEEE
ANNNGGIIIEEEEE
*Doctor the patient is dying!*
FUCKING ANGIE
Oof. As someone who had a parent in a nursing home and the other have a quick stay in the hospital, thank you so much for all the work you guys do. It really is appreciated!
This game was my childhood!
This was one of my favorite games as a kid!
I remember playing 4 players on 2 controllers on the PS1 version of this game. One of the most hilarious games I've ever played.
For what I initially thought would be one of the many generic brand-integrated video games of the 90s, this turned out to actually be a great concept. Especially all the track variety.
Please play more of this, mirco machines used to be my favorite game
God, I hope they come back to this; they missed out on the Formula 1 cars AND the tanks.
i have a bootleg dreamcast disc with a bunch of genesis games on it. my friends and i randomly played this at some point and totally fell in love with it. such a fun game.
Can we please get Barry back? Please? I seriously miss his edits, he went above and beyond and made the Game Grumps episodes crazy hilarious.
Man it makes me happy that they love one of my favourite games ever!
Arin: "You gotta lean into the drift."
"Deja vu I've never been in this place before."
It's like this every time. Dan's some kind of savant at first while Arin slowly learns the game. Sometimes it's enough to overcome, sometimes not.
2:52 "Whoops!"
Damn it Arin you made me spit fucking tea on my shirt
Now I want that video of Arin sitting in a giant trophy!
Can't wait to the animated bit of 2:48
Arin bumping Danny off the table killed me
Daaaaang! Danny almost brought that last one back!
Toppies, "free thing inside"
😂🤣😂🤣
Now here is a game that needs to get remade!
Ok really though, this game looks super fun!
Thanks for the episode, Grumps!
I remember renting this a few times for the N64. The control scheme is a bit weird with the single screen but I was always impressed with the track design.
They had so much fun playing this haha.
4:01 nice Toad scream

WHAT'S HIS FIRST FAVORITE KIND OF PIE??!! I NEED TO KNOW!
My guess is key lime.
cream pie? (???)
Pre pie
