Some of the best managers I have had in the west have only had GCSEs. Get on the job ladder earlier and study part time. A PHD or masters won’t guarantee you a job unless it’s in the specialists areas and sciences. Work experience matters. Love the video

Did he have the right visas for employment in the UK? Without the legal paperworks, he can't be employed even with his PhD!
