I have just discovered this channel and I like your style. Unlike some popular travel vloggers you don't report about yourself, but it is all about the journey. Thank you for that, and I wish you both a nice and safe continuation. :-)
Hi , i guess you're lea. Thanks for your videos about Guinea my country. I felt in love more about it. you're videos are really sincere and that make the countries you're traveling more beautiful.
Wonderful foulamory it's my village natal me and my father use to work in that ferry...the name of the river is Colyba... I was born in that village and grow there I use to swim and river from said to said... my father as Ben working in that ferry 35 years he was the captain of the ferry is name is woppa barry ... he died 4 years ago.... REST in peace ... That ferry was like football feel it's where I play every single day Thanks for the video
It's so beautiful that you have some experience in Fouta Djallon. But there are a lot more to experience, Fouta Djallon is a gift to the Guinean people. But as you can see it's totally ignored by the government, no electricity or good roads in Fouta. I'm from Fouta Djallon and when ever I go for vacation I have a lot of fun. Thank you for the video it's awesome.
Léa , you really are a very brave girl ... watching your videos i learned to admire you ... i really like the way you put the story in your videos ... congratulations !! traveling through countries with little tourism infrastructure is not easy, but you do it very naturally ... have a safe journey !!
Hola, me ha encantado él vídeo. Mi novio es de Guinea Conakry, todavía no he visitado el país, pero viendo tus vídeos me animo. Gracias por compartir tus viajes. Saludos desde España.
Hi guys l loved that boat ride by hand WOW hard work them roads mmm l mean dirt road you should have left the beeps out 😲 what a beautiful place thanks for sharing your thoughts and information vids all the best from u.k biker Dean 🏍👍
supercalifragilisticexpialidocious I'm totally sold for your videos Lea.. and your French is also very magnifique ! Nice combination of video footage from drone, action cam, spoken explanations...
" Experiance money can't buy", wonderful and very compassionate sentiment for the beautiful unspoilt country you are visiting. Takes me back years to be on a hand pulled ferry from mainland to a island in Sri Lanka. The waterfall of Kambagda are magnificent and so natural and you are so brave to be on that little bridge. I like to know what German swear word you are using whenever you meet a rough patch on the road. Finally don't give up the close ups of your face. I really like the little enigmatic winks of your left eye. My wife says you are a classical beauty and also so natural and nothing contrived about your presentation. So keep it up as you are and the way you travel and we are going with you all the way. Ride safe and be blessed and protected.🙏🙏🙏
I suddenly realised I watched this video months ago, now I am following your beautiful Scandinavian trip, what a contrast, all in one year, you certainly get around.
140 kilometres on that road in 40+ degrees is one hell of an achievement, you really chose the best bike to do that. Know the roads there but did it on a 750 Africa Twin years ago in at least 10 degrees lower heat so frankly don't know how you managed it! Wonderful video of an exceptional country.
Those guides were worth every penny of what you paid them, doing it on your own you would have missed out on so much. Life is all about what you make of make of it. You are doing very special things enjoy every second x
Yes, completely agree. To be honest: we thought it’s a quite touristic place but still wanted to go with some locals because we knew the car ride is about 2 hours and as well during that time you just learn so much and can ask all the questions about the culture that otherwise you don’t experience so much when being with yourself on a motorcycle all day.
@@Got2Go Yes for me when i travel i want to learn so much, i have not traveled much on a motorcycle but spent 40 years going to 189 counties and loved every second of it including all the mistakes and mishaps. Looking forward to the rest of this trip and also Norway as that is one of my favorite places.
What an amazing trip. Auto bahn indeed 😂 Love how you see beauty and humour around you. Really enjoying your travels. I also see how your channel is evolving.
Really enjoying the videos of this trip. You both did so well on that sandy road especially in that heat, those big bikes are a handful in deep sand. Still, you were rewarded with that beautiful waterfall, what a lovely place. Hope you’re enjoying your Norwegian trip.
We did our best but you saw how that ended up 😂😂😂. It got much better after we met a local on the road who told us to use the “bicycle trails” in the forest to avoid the sand...
Great and amazing trip.... I'm enjoy with your video, so amazing is this world, special places like you find in Africa. Take care and stay safe, bye for now.
You are an amazing woman.. very beautiful.. calm, affectionate and kind.. Your smile is amazing. I like your calmness.. and your humility. Your words have magic.. You are beautiful in everything.. I follow you from Jordan.. Greetings to you wherever you are... Lea Rieck i like you 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍AKRAM JORDAN---FROM JORDAN
Thanks for this glimpse into West Africa. Your insightful commentary is well done and the vid's are getting better with each episode. Kambadaga Waterfalls, who knew!
2:27 The guy said there "quatre-vingt-dix-neuf" which is 99 km ;) 4:03 yeah, staying positive is the best way (I know sometimes its very hard ;) Kambadaga Waterfall absolutely amazing! What a trip!
You are completely right! That’s funny, I just overheard the “dix” when rewatching because in reality it were 84 kilometers (yes, we know that so exactly because I thought it will never end 😂) and 89 is just closer to that. Thanks for paying attention!
Mexican it does. But you can see the sand when the bikes are down - that’s basically how all the road was. I guess for an experienced sand rider that’s easy too - but it wasn’t for me 😅
Cyber Gasty then it must be the other way round: Lolo cochet did the same route like we did - we were already there in December 😁 (thanks for the Tipp, didn’t know the channel and we stopped in Benin - so quite a bit to watch for the next stage when corona is over)
@@Got2Go Really? Did not know that. Your channel popped out recently in my recommendations. I watched his vids which came out first on youtube for me. Then be it, he did the route you did in December. :)

Hallo Lea, good day. Today I've watched your Western Africa travel. It's seems to me, it's very hot, hard & humid condition. You were looking distressed whenever you have off your helmet. Road is dusty, sandy & uneven which very difficult to ride. I also ride on bike my in Dhaka & rural area. But road is not so worst. However all the best for you and your partner wherever you go to explore the world.
Tolle Videos. ;)
