Hello again, your so patient...I listened to another youtuber and he suggested the new barrel for grimburg ammo? What do you feel on this. Thanks much for all your time.
The Grimburg ammo is illegal in most jurisdictions because any round containing metal is per se deadly force. It's not even worth wasting the time over.
Subbed and lovin’ the videos. In your opinion what are advantages/ disadvantages of Pepperball tcp vs. Mission tpr other than the price difference. Really value your opinion...thanks.
I wouldnt remember to screw the magazine using two hands during an attack, tcp needs to change the pistol with a pull trigger to pierce co2 capsule. For me I prefer the Mission pistols, hoping they launch the mission compact wirhout the silly orange colour as an alternative to byrna(byrna needs to upgrade their pistol and put a bolt shooting barrel, custom barrel replacement etc with velocity adjuster)
Problem with Mission TPR is you can't just load a new mag, you would also have to unscrew and put in new C02 and then load mag, with TCP and FSC you have the C02 in the mag so it's just drop, load mag, twist real quick, you can turn it up to a point so you don't have to turn it far when needed. Mission and those that load the C02 in different place from mag are crap if you are carrying, maybe ok for home defense but def not for being out and about.
@@NormireX True what you say , except the 12g co2 in a tippmann tpx/mission is good for 3 mags of 7 rounds each above 300fps. ( my two tipx are tuned to max velocity only shoots 14 rounds max)if you miss after 21 shots then carry a grenade/shotgun🤣 Tipx I can reload 12g under 30seconds or less using my hands, byrna you need a tool, about a minute to change. Tippmann/Mission TCR rifle has a side lever for quick change probably take 10 seconds or less...Tcp should make it trigger pull pierce and mag is loaded horizontally like a P90 smg ...then the tcp would be perfect launcher, add a pepper grenade launcher underbarrel and that would be the Ultimate LessLethalLauncher.
@Steve Rockwell Yes I have come to realise that, Doing drills and practice one could charge the mag, load the pistol and fire...I now endorse FSC and TippmannTipx...both have good power...Byrna is low power, mags are poorly designed, balls fly out when trying to load. Fresh CO2 per mag is the most reliable. My byrna had a leak in a12g when I used it n some rats...hissing soumd when I pulled the trigger...trying to change the CO2 takes tooo long...the bad guy will have the advantage. But people dont train and practice so good luck to them when they do have to use their launchers🙈
I have the TCP but don't see any riffling in the barrel... it feels very smooth bore to me... is there a way to check? Is the rifling visible - or can you feel it with your finger?
Apparently Pepperball changed the barrels recently without telling anyone. All the older barrels probably more than 6 months from now were rifled. It would be obvious by looking down the barrel while pointing it toward some light. Smooth bore is actually better if you want to run higher power because you don't lose air from the rifling.
Couple questions. The 0.686 rifled barrel...do you loose any accuracy with round balls compared to TCP stock barrel? You basically upgraded to this to shoot HP68 rounds too? Second, all of these mods look to duplicate the Grimberg FSC right? In total is it more costly to do what you did with the TCP, or just buy the Grimberg FSC? Can you explain more about pro/con of the aluminum TCP bolt?
Does the sleeve engage the mag spring release automatically, or do you have to release the mag spring first? Great videos by the way, keep it up. Thanks
Swapping the OEM TCP mag springs would allow for proper function with pepper balls or is the First Strike and Tiberius mags with included spring needed for that? Thx
I Need your help in deciding on which gun to buy. FSC First Strike or TCP PeP for home defense. any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. I may get my wife the Byrna HD simply because of size.
