    Excellent review Sir...I did a lot of research myself before ordering a launcher.. there is one key element that you left out about Byrna.. you can reuse the CO2 cartridge until it's empty firing multiple magazines.. which in turn will save money.. I went with Byrna and I'll tell you why.. it's the best looking.. it's cheaper.. it's the more compact.. has a wide range of compatible accessories.. reusable CO2 cartridges.. and the chemical agent is almost three times more powerful.. comes in a wide variety of colors and even vinyl wraps

      What do you mean "reusable" CO2 cartridges?

    • @Joreel
      @Joreel Год назад +1

      @@kendallevans4079 I think he means you don't need to swap CO2 cartridges between magazines. Also it doesn't pierce the CO2 until you use it so you can keep it loaded until you need it. I have a Byrna SD and I've found it to be very effective when shooting it using both the Kinetic rounds and the Eco rounds since I'm not shooting Pepperballs at targets. I do have a magazine that is loaded with three pepperballs and two Kinetic rounds on the top so that if they don't get the message from the kinetic rounds I can hit them with three pepperballs Max rounds.
      Also he's wrong about the fps on the Byrna as I've gotten 300fps when shooting the Kinetic round. He likes to shoot rubber rounds which are heavier and are not designed for the Byrna. Byrna even says not to use rubber rounds as they are not smooth like the Kinetic rounds that Byrna manufactures for their launchers so that slows down the fps.

The only reason I choose that is because of the price point, its concealable and built in good quality. I also use it as a training tool for in home target practice. I had no idea the Mission was missing this feature and now I'm really glad I got the TipX. If anyone is thinking about getting the Mission, get the TipX instead. It can easily be cranked up to make more power than the Mission which has the power setting fixed at the factory. Believe me, adjustable power is a nice thing to have. Tune it the way you like it.

    Pretty good video. You did share some interesting information. However, I don’t understand why you didn’t at least include a short chronograph shooting video to see the comparison that backs up your claims of each product’s consistency. I too have a TIPX that I modified with an 8” Killhouse barrel, swapped the TIPX valve for the TCR valve, installed the Exalt ambidextrous magazine release, and installed a CMP-18 body kit from MCS that comes with a fold out stock and also allows me to mount an RMR site on the top rails and a nice size fold out front grip on the bottom of the TIPX rails. I still haven’t installed the first strike breach I bought because I’m searching for TIPX mags converted to first strike mags. However, that may get delayed a bit longer until I can successfully find a first strike breach that can chamber the slightly bigger first strike pepper rounds. I haven’t had the luxury to purchase the other markers so I can make any comparison the way you have. Which is why I search for such information hoping someone produces a video on the subject. Nevertheless, thanks for sharing. Hope to see you put out more such video. 👍

    I will start by saying I own an umarex HDP with upgraded valve kit. That said this video doesn't capture a few things regarding the Byrna. 12g cartridges can be used with the extension kit and the ready to go aspect for shooting is superior to the TCP where you have to twist the cartridge screw IMO. Also amping up TCP to shoot the 12g cartridges should consider upgrading the o rings to sustain the presure if you are increasing velocity. The TPR looks so big to weild..... I'll stick to my Umarex HDP with 400+ FPS upgrade kit that has the best cartridge activation mechanism, just tap the bottom of the grip.

    I like less lethal because I don't wish to kill anyone so I might sub to you. I do however want an option that is lethal if need be that is not considered a Firearm ( defined by the ATF as a projectile weapon that is powered by an explosive) that is powered by other means say electricity as in a coil/gauss gun or rail gun so it doesn't have to be licensed registered of even known by anyone you have it.

      285FPS most i got. The only time you get 200 to 180 FPS is when you fire first round at same time puncturing the co2. If you puncture co2 first and take safety off your shot will be 280is to 285 but dips to 250ish and goes up and down.

    Thanks a bunch! Wondering if you know some details. Are the Tippmann Tipx, mission less lethal, salt supply, and Sabre launcher all the exact same? If I were to find any one of them a bit cheaper would it perform the same as all the others? The only difference I have found online is the Tipx has adjustable velocity but the other launchers look like they would have it too but they don’t mention it. Also, I am in California so velocity would matter a lot to me since I believe I cannot use pepper balls here... is that correct? Thanks so much again! Very useful video!

    • @dudelesslethal6910
      @dudelesslethal6910  3 года назад

      Tipx salt sabre have adjustable velocity but you will need a chronograph which is another $100 then you have to adjust it or save $100 go to local paintball shop and have them adjust for you. Which is cheaper. You can buy the Mission TPR its already done for you at 330FPS and comes with impact projectiles. You would have to modify it to make it adjustable. Cali not allowed PepperBall if you decide to purchase TPR please use my link thank you.
