I was sexual abused as a child. To this day I struggle not to go back to my old habits (like seeking attention on places like Twitter or Omegle.) Seeing this stuff just makes me so horrified:( I hope all these kids get the help they need in the time they need it, like I did. I hope the adults are sent to prison and treated horribly in there.

I remember a few years ago being on Facebook and coming across a group that posted CP and talked about their experiences as/with kids. I reported them to Facebook and the FBI but Facebook said nothing they did violated community guidelines. I started posting screenshots of their conversations (no pics/vids) and I got banned for bullying and harassment. The group went private shortly after and I never knew what happened to them legally. These major platforms are not only hosting this stuff but they are actively protecting it.

Hopefully the screenshots (of convos not pics) were enough to get the people posting about it put away but I never got a follow up. I reported the group, told them about the CP, and sent some screenshots of their convos involving kids.
Twitter has had similar things happen. They've literally had parents confirm that child porn posted on their platform is of their child (providing proper identification), and yet Twitter doesn't bother to remove it. I don't know if it's gotten any better, but it has happened multiple times over.
I think spreading awareness about these kinds of things is extremely important. I'm 17 and I work with kids, many of which have been subjected to abuse like this, so I've seen first hand lots of the effects of this kind of thing. It's a topic most people don't look into because of the nature of it, so I appreciate what you're doing.
It really needs to be brought to the light. I was a teen in the 2010’s and I remember a lot of my piers talking sexually to adults online or seeing sexual material aimed at them specifically. It seems like it has only gotten worse and the people my age (mid 20s) are starting to become the new generation of predators.
When you got to the part of the girl selling illegal content of herself I burst into tears. As a person who unfortunately went through a similar experience like that (not selling but pictures were involved.) It was devastating to know that she's gotten herself into that, it's not her fault at all she's been groomed into that shit and obviously the parent(s) are BLIND to what she's doing on twitter. They need to get on that shit ASAP and take her phone away or any electronics. I'm not a parent but I'd be damned if I figured out my kid was doing this. Parents please, watch your kids and their habits on the internet, please do not rely on the internet as a babysitter for them. Do not give them a phone at such a young age, or even a tablet. Flip phone/minutes phones would be much better for emergencies contacts between you and them or anything in general. If they want internet time monitor them here and there and make sure they're not on sites that would harm them or be inappropriate. Please protect your kids from this.

I was one of those kids that had good parents, but I myself was sneaky enough that I effectively had unlimited internet access. The depravity cycle of going cyclical further into deviancy is true, and I’m lucky that I broke off that cycle. It could have continued and I could really have been permanently fucked up, thankfully the worst of it is just unsavory memories. I was a user of google plus, and I was in the undertale roleplay circle. From what I’ve read, it was similar to similar furry communities. I was using OCs to sexually roleplay at 13 with people older than me. It seemed fine to me at the time, and my characters were of age, but looking back on it is just sickening. I regret it. I really couldn’t see the problem. Thankfully I met someone my age there who was is still a good friend of mine, and we supported eachother and continued to do so, acting as healthy outlets for each other to enjoy undertale fan works through. Nothing was ever sexual between us. We went on to write “novels” surrounding our characters, even. Unfortunately, the others I met weren’t so ideal. This friend and I were both on similar situations, with older teens role playing with our characters, sometimes sexually. I know the age gap for my situation was 2 to 3 years, borderline creepy, but I think hers was 4 or 5, I don’t recall… regardless, it was bad. I think I’m going to reach out to her to talk about it since it’s been a while. To anyone else who went through this, I’m sorry. It can and will get better. You were young, you didn’t know, and you were taken advantage of. It is NOT your fault. To the people currently in a situation like that, please talk to someone. A therapist or counselor is legally bound to keep anything you tell them private (unless you’re in _immediate_ danger) and you can tell them anything if you feel you can’t tell your parents. They’re here to help, and they will NOT be angry. To those of you who are actively manipulating children online… you deserve to fucking burn.

i recommend you lay off of social media until you're old enough to know where you're going. it can take going into the wrong sinkhole to mess you up pretty badly. me personally, i lurked a lot and didn't start making accounts until when I was 14. I'd recommend laying off the Internet in general until you're at least 13, like the guy above me said. I'm not gonna tell you to "just be careful" because IMO it's dumb advice, kids shouldn't know what warning signs they're supposed to look for! As a guy who got traumatized at age 14 by accidentally stumbling upon a p0rn0gr@ph1c video that I wasn't supposed to see while browsing a social media site, I can confirm. In my opinion, social media needs to be monitored and limited until the person in question is 16 or older and more or less ready to view most of Internet content, and even then caution should still be exercised.

But, unsupervising very young children, or just children in general, is indeed not a good idea. But, based on my experience, as long as you don’t actively search bad things, it isn’t as easy as it sounds to access bad things. It mainly depends on your algorithm. This is just my weird opinion.
I was an AAM account for a while on twitter because I feel through the pipeline of thinking it was okay I was so numb to it. Thankfully a little while back twitter cracked down and actually banned my account and all MAP and AAM things. I’m still trying to heal from everything but looking back I can see now how bad the whole situation was I don’t think I was tooo far into the world of MAPs and I would never really post about it but I saw plenty from where I was at. I’m just glad I was able to take a step back and evaluate when Twitter banned my account. I'm myself am a groomed victim. My dad did horrible sexual things to me when i was a baby and older, so I sympathize with these kinds of kids because I've been in their position after being groomed. The feeling of getting attention by a older person is in my experience a coping response. Along with my dad grooming me my mom was never home so just having a older person interact with you even if it's only for their sexual pleasure it fuels that need for adult attention.

The reason why this kind of art is even allowed are 2 things: - fictional character age unlike real age, is a number solely stated by the creator and doesn't increase or decrease like our own age. You can always change the number, or keep it like that for years, decades even. A fictional being can't age up/down unless you the creator decide to do so. - The characters in question have no similarities or even connections (if the character is not labeled as a persona/fursona) to actual children, meaning you can clearly distinguish between the art and the real deal. If you reach a point where you can't do this (like most antis who attack people consuming the content) you MUST seek help. Fun fact: Antis are most of the time the real pedophiles/zoophiles and are responsible to the distribution for such content.
I’ve been using the internet since the beginning of RUclips, growing up using this platform. Unfortunately, in 2008 (Around 2-3 at the time), the moderation at the time was close to none. A lot of fetish videos slipped through the cracks (mainly from the sonic fandom) and made it to the front page getting thousands of views and likes. The worst part about is how well I remember it, and to say it effected me later in life would mainly be an understatement. I’ve realized several of my own problems stemmed from that initial event. After a lot of reflection, and trying to understand certain issues was I able to come to that conclusion 12-13 years later. Despite it being a “traumatic experience” it did help me understand how people think better, and overall improve on myself. The only advice I can really give is monitor your children, or if your older, try and get different peoples opinions on a situation to generals a solution, or best outcome.

I once made a mutual friend on this art app i have. We bonded over sharks and i really enjoyed his art style. Though, I once saw that he was banned, and the apparent reason was that they drew lolicon (the female version of shotacon). I thought that it could've been a misunderstanding as at first glance of the work, I thought it was like a cute drawing of maybe family members or someone babysitting. Thats when someone close to them revealed to me what he creates and posts on his twitter. He supported things such as zoophilia, pedophilia, and maybe even incest and what-not. And at the time, they were only 12-13 years old. I felt so bad for him, and i hope he gets the help he needs. Its always terrified me to know people my age will be groomed into the horrendous ways and that i could even fall victim to it one day since they're coming up with new tactis nowadays.
Also I realized I never mentioned it here but I absolutely despise lolicon/shotacon/kudocon, cub art or whatever you call it. It's so weird to me. I don't care if they're fictional. They contribute to the sexualization of children and teenagers in media to the point that humans will be desensitized to a child that gets actually SA'd by someone older than them. The usual argument is that it's just a drawing, or pixels on screen are stupid. This content can also affect people psychologically as well you know.
This content also is used in grooming as well. To have the grooming victim see a young looking character in sexual positions so they can see that its normal for them and posisbly see themselves in the character. It's common for people to see themselves in characters, but some (KEYWORD: SOME) younglings like me will see it as more than that. It's a rare, but very common amongst anime and furry communities.

I remember a few years ago being on Facebook and coming across a group that posted CP and talked about their experiences as/with kids. I reported them to Facebook and the FBI but Facebook said nothing they did violated community guidelines. I started posting screenshots of their conversations (no pics/vids) and I got banned for bullying and harassment. The group went private shortly after and I never knew what happened to them legally.
These major platforms are not only hosting this stuff but they are actively protecting it.

Hopefully the screenshots (of convos not pics) were enough to get the people posting about it put away but I never got a follow up. Twitter has had similar things happen. They've literally had parents confirm that child porn posted on their platform is of their child (providing proper identification), and yet Twitter doesn't bother to remove it. I don't know if it's gotten any better, but it has happened multiple times over.
I think spreading awareness about these kinds of things is extremely important. I'm 17 and I work with kids, many of which have been subjected to abuse like this, so I've seen first hand lots of the effects of this kind of thing. It's a topic most people don't look into because of the nature of it, so I appreciate what you're doing.
It really needs to be brought to the light. I was a teen in the 2010’s and I remember a lot of my piers talking sexually to adults online or seeing sexual material aimed at them specifically. It seems like it has only gotten worse and the people my age (mid 20s) are starting to become the new generation of predators.

Things get worse: There are people who oppose fictional content like that, only to indulge in real people content like that.
When you got to the part of the girl selling illegal content of herself I burst into tears. As a person who unfortunately went through a similar experience like that (not selling but pictures were involved.) It was devastating to know that she's gotten herself into that, it's not her fault at all she's been groomed into that shit and obviously the parent(s) are BLIND to what she's doing on twitter. They need to get on that shit ASAP and take her phone away or any electronics. I'm not a parent but I'd be damned if I figured out my kid was doing this. Flip phone/minutes phones would be much better for emergencies contacts between you and them or anything in general. If they want internet time monitor them here and there and make sure they're not on sites that would harm them or be inappropriate. Please protect your kids from this.

I was one of those kids that had good parents, but I myself was sneaky enough that I effectively had unlimited internet access. The depravity cycle of going cyclical further into deviancy is true, and I’m lucky that I broke off that cycle. It could have continued and I could really have been permanently fucked up, thankfully the worst of it is just unsavory memories.
I was a user of google plus, and I was in the undertale roleplay circle. From what I’ve read, it was similar to similar furry communities. I was using OCs to sexually roleplay at 13 with people older than me. It seemed fine to me at the time, and my characters were of age, but looking back on it is just sickening. I regret it. I really couldn’t see the problem. Thankfully I met someone my age there who was is still a good friend of mine, and we supported eachother and continued to do so, acting as healthy outlets for each other to enjoy undertale fan works through. Nothing was ever sexual between us. We went on to write “novels” surrounding our characters, even. Unfortunately, the others I met weren’t so ideal.
This friend and I were both on similar situations, with older teens role playing with our characters, sometimes sexually. I know the age gap for my situation was 2 to 3 years, borderline creepy, but I think hers was 4 or 5, I don’t recall… regardless, it was bad. I think I’m going to reach out to her to talk about it since it’s been a while.
To anyone else who went through this, I’m sorry. It can and will get better. You were young, you didn’t know, and you were taken advantage of. It is NOT your fault. To the people currently in a situation like that, please talk to someone. A therapist or counselor is legally bound to keep anything you tell them private (unless you’re in _immediate_ danger) and you can tell them anything if you feel you can’t tell your parents. They’re here to help, and they will NOT be angry. To those of you who are actively manipulating children online… you deserve to fucking burn.

In my opinion, social media needs to be monitored and limited until the person in question is 16 or older and more or less ready to view most of Internet content, and even then caution should still be exercised.

The reason why this kind of art is even allowed are 2 things:
- fictional character age unlike real age, is a number solely stated by the creator and doesn't increase or decrease like our own age.
You can always change the number, or keep it like that for years, decades even.
A fictional being can't age up/down unless you the creator decide to do so.
- The characters in question have no similarities or even connections (if the character is not labeled as a persona/fursona) to actual children, meaning you can clearly distinguish between the art and the real deal.
If you reach a point where you can't do this (like most antis who attack people consuming the content) you MUST seek help.
Fun fact: Antis are most of the time the real pedophiles/zoophiles and are responsible to the distribution for such content.

I’ve been using the internet since the beginning of RUclips, growing up using this platform. Unfortunately, in 2008 (Around 2-3 at the time), the moderation at the time was close to none. A lot of fetish videos slipped through the cracks (mainly from the sonic fandom) and made it to the front page getting thousands of views and likes. The worst part about is how well I remember it, and to say it effected me later in life would mainly be an understatement. I’ve realized several of my own problems stemmed from that initial event. After a lot of reflection, and trying to understand certain issues was I able to come to that conclusion 12-13 years later. Despite it being a “traumatic experience” it did help me understand how people think better, and overall improve on myself.

I have reported several profiles over the last few weeks only for new profiles to pop up.
I have the actual name of someone replying to illegal media with what looks like passwords.
Not sure where to go from here , he is a 28 yr old Indian born engineer named Basant Kumar Pandit.
His profile is not personally posting illegal content , rather he is commenting on illegal content with what I believe to be passwords for accessing something nasty.
Any vigilantes are welcome to take this further.

I once made a mutual friend on this art app i have. We bonded over sharks and i really enjoyed his art style. Though, I once saw that he was banned, and the apparent reason was that they drew lolicon (the female version of shotacon). I thought that it could've been a misunderstanding as at first glance of the work, I thought it was like a cute drawing of maybe family members or someone babysitting. Thats when someone close to them revealed to me what he creates and posts on his twitter. He supported things such as zoophilia, pedophilia, and maybe even incest and what-not. And at the time, they were only 12-13 years old. I felt so bad for him, and i hope he gets the help he needs. Its always terrified me to know people my age will be groomed into the horrendous ways and that i could even fall victim to it one day since they're coming up with new tactis nowadays.
Also I realized I never mentioned it here but I absolutely despise lolicon/shotacon/kudocon, cub art or whatever you call it. It's so weird to me. I don't care if they're fictional. They contribute to the sexualization of children and teenagers in media to the point that humans will be desensitized to a child that gets actually SA'd by someone older than them. The usual argument is that it's just a drawing, or pixels on screen are stupid. This content can also affect people psychologically as well you know.
This content also is used in grooming as well. To have the grooming victim see a young looking character in sexual positions so they can see that its normal for them and posisbly see themselves in the character. It's common for people to see themselves in characters, but some (KEYWORD: SOME) younglings like me will see it as more than that. It's a rare, but very common amongst anime and furry communities.
