I found a Thrift store full of BRAND NEW SEALED 80s/90s retro / vintage toys! This is exactly the kind of flea market I like to to dig through. I bought so many figures from x-men, the tick, fantastic four series and of course more video games! Can't believe the amazing pieces we scored in this episode. Thank you guy as always for coming along with me in my live game and toy hunting adventure!

Gambit is my favorite as well, and I had that exact toy. When my older brother didn’t want his toys anymore, I got to have them. I inherited a ton of TMNT, Power Rangers, and other late 80’s/ early 90’s figures.

Right in the childhood. I had those Gambit & Bishop dolls as a wee lad, as well as the Wolvie vs Sabertooth Pocket Comic.

I bought a lot of X-MEN figures (the kind you bought) when they came out. I opened them, displayed them for awhile. My oldest son came along and they became his. I think he still has them. I hope. I wanna play with them. Lol

Rick if you're a Tick fan they also released a line of smaller die-cast metal toys to keep an eye out for.
My favorite X-Man is Colossus. "Oh Wolverine you're pretty dangerous. How about if I THROW you at the bad guy and make you more dangerous?" That's points for style.

I bought a huge sack of action figures at a yard sale a couple of years ago that had 10+ of those X-Men figures loose (among other things) for $25. Sold all but a couple on eBay and made like 10x my money, plus got to keep some figures. Fun!

I still have all the big X men figures from back in the 90's. The better the toys got the less desirable those big guys became. The boxes got ruined on mine so I displayed them. They were boxed away and saw the light again after 15 years a couple months back. They went back in the box because they take up space. They brought back memories. I can imagine pops in 20 years taking up space like beenies in markets like these selling for $1, $2 for chases.

Just yesterday I got a sealed pizza hut vhs of xmen at an antique mall for 2 bucks. Nice finds. Favorite x-men would be Beast.

Rogue and Gambit were my favorite X-Men! I shipped them pretty hard when I was little. My husband’s favorite is Wolverine. My ex-husband’s favorite was Bishop, and that is our son’s middle name. Which works on two levels because I love Bishop the android from Aliens. Thanks for the collecting fix, I have been spending too much on Ebay and Mercari with the pandemic. Can’t wait for rummage sales to be a thing again!
Im 56 , i haVE A HUGE collection of x-men figures and tick .. StarWars etc. The list goes on .. Your right , prices didnt go up as much on xmen and tick. I never opened them and decided to pass them on to my 2 granddaughters to appreciate and see what happens price wise in another 30-40 years..lol
My sister used to use my giant sized X-Men action figures as ken alternatives for her Barbie ! LOL

HOLY SCHNIKES!!!! That was to me one of the greatest retro videos yet. I was growing up all during the X-Men era and was the biggest fan. I had tons of those toys as a kid and Wolverine was my favorite character. I would of had a hard time not buying everything X-Men that was in that retro packaging. Definitely leave those in the box that’s what makes them look so awesome. Their packing and colors were what made them so awesome!! That was amazing...if only I could come across something like that. Rick keep up the great videos.

My favorite X-men hero is definitely Storm. Had a crush as a kid... Also i see those X-men figures in the box everywhere.. its a shame they arent worth anything. I have the Punsher one in the box still.

Just to share some knowledge I grew up on KB-Toys. Those price Tags were always meant to look like they were on clearance with the red line crossed over the Original price but. The Red Printed ink price was always the price. But great episode I had all those 12” figures as a kid brought back so many memories.

The xmen figures are awesome, I probably would have got them all too. Gambit is favourite too followed by wolverine.The boxes are so cool and colourful def keep them in them.

Gambit was always my favorite as a kid hands down! I’m sure you noticed but it’s interesting how one says Gambit in blue and one says it in red on the bottom of the box.

The box design is SO GOOD on those Xmen, I would have to keep them in the box. I may have to see about adding those to my collection if the price is that low. (Now I just need to make more room so I can have a man cave)

I have to agree, I think the box art adds so much to the overall experience. I know they were meant to be played with but it would be a shame to not be able to see the awesome box art designs that someone would’ve spent so much time putting together.
Gambit was my favorite character on my favorite show. Never met anyone else who had gambit as 1st round pick.

Man I would have emptied that shelf with the Superman to. Me when i go to a thrift store I always talk to the manager on the price. And almost every time they drop the price. I’m good at negotiating.

Honestly anyone I talk to almost they all say their favorite X-Men is Gambit LOL but I love the beast and nightcrawler because I'm a sucker for creature features.
