    Isn't there any exercise we can do to see speed results? Or just chewing / posture correction is the method? I trust u sm ❤️

    Can i chew on weaker side ? By hard gum

      Nope. Even chewing both right and left is the way to go for healthy jaw and masseters. Biasing one side causes other issues later on so even if it takes longer, better to chew evenly.
