The market is filled with both overvaluation due to rapid gains and strong economic fundamentals justifying high valuations. Raises concern for my $600K equities going 8% up and 20% down. So is it better to hold on or sell off positions to hold cash?
Markets have incorrectly priced in such a pivot six times over the last two years, according to Deutsche Bank, which sounded cautious about this seventh time. This is why pointers from market experts are essential.
@@roberttaylor662 A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors/experts until being burnt by their own emotions. Thanks for sharing. I curiously searched for her full name and her website popped up after scrolling a bit. I looked through her credentials and did my due diligence before contacting her. Once again many thanks.
Curious to hear his perspective on the unexplained performance of the Renaissance Technologies’s Medallion fund. How do they continue to beat the market?
Thank you gentlemen. When it comes down to forecasting efforts and outcome, my most favorite approach is based on ‘Superforecasting’ (Tetlock&Gardner). Basically a multidimensional approach that suggests to combine several ‘sciences’ to make the best forecasts. Hi David, found this interview fascinating, I'm watching it a few weeks late...I know it's a lot to ask but how I'm touch are you with philosophy... especially with sci-fi? History has shown an uncanny correlation with sci-fi novelists and technological evolution...would you mind interviewing extremely present optimistic novelists and ask them where they see technology evolving to so that demands are met....for instance vertical farming in highly urban areas to provide organic produce to cities or induction infrastructure to sustain EV transportation
Mr. French begins his argument on a Fundamental Flaw. How do returns on Equities stay about the same when Interest Rates Fall? Equity Prices begin to soar usually when Rates Fall. So are you saying that as the P/E on Equities rise the Return on Investment in Equities goes down?
Very hard to follow, why cant he just answer the questions like a normal person. David asks, and he starts rumbling something about life consumption. Can we get a translation video maybe?
If a manager does demonstrate market beating results, what happens next? A ton of new money flows in and disrupts the strategy. Do not announce it to the world, simply go about beating your benchmark. The rest will take care of itself.
Not in a hurry to buy here as big financial issues are about to be recognized, IMO. Banks are in big trouble and over-leveraged (bail-ins?), debts are out of control; peeps CC's are maxed, and globalists think we should depopulate, eat bugs, and be controlled for their benefit. This should all get resolved very soon, might be very bumpy for a while, but peace and tranquility on the other side. There's so much f*ckery in markets that they may just close for good. I'll be patient for better clarity over the next 2-3 weeks,At this point, I'm still at a crossroad regarding whether or not to liquidate my $138k stock portfolio. What's the best way to take advantage of this current market?
Markets have survived through all sorts of turmoil including World wars, so I wouldn't worry about the current troubles around the world any more than at any other time. There's always a disaster or a crisis going on somewhere.
The market price is the value of a commodity? The value of bitcoin is $42k and oil is only $72? A barrel of oil has the equivalent energy of 25,000 hours of hard human labour which is 12.5 years. So at $20 an hour that's $500k of value despite oil selling at $72. At the very least the value is the all sustaining cost of mining the commodity because if you don't want to pay that price you need to mine it yourself. Anyone not understanding these simple facts will have a hard time beating the market.
More prices controlled by a private legal society. Are y’all expecting a legal society that wants to maintain control over people to allow a way out of their control with a proper price of gold or any other commodities ?
AMS56X and Bitcoin are the two top choices. I would start with them. I consider them must buys. The others I like and hold is Cardano and Gala. In time I feel they will go higher than they are. Probably 2025 when the next bull run happens. AMS56X real cheap to buy in right now so the future profit will be sweet. I also hold Shiba Inu but that's a risky investment and not something I would suggest to anyone new.
You can call AMS56X bots but that does not change the fact that the shill is absolutely deserved. Out of all launches we had, talk about ETH, talk about XRP, talk about all these new chains but AMS56X breaks everything
I figured AMS56X headed up in a big way. SCHIFF came out and declared that Bitcoin won't be going back to highs. Do the opposite of what that guy says.
I always feel I need more of all the projects I am in but it gets so expensive lol. Anyone feel the same? I just got to 300k AMS56X last night but still want some more.
I would argue more people don't stake AMS56X because you can do more with AMS56X , and staking is harder to do so users do nothing or use liquid staking
David , this was a nice show but with all due respect and ALL the hard works that you do my brother to create these shows , I was expecting some real examples of all these fancy theories and economic jargons.....I am watching your show to get some "practical knowledge" .... I don't want to watch a " theoretical physic" show , David , please put some practical example, real cases into this discussion ....I care less how many famous papers this guy has written or how famous is this guy in universities text books , show me some real examples of portfolios .
While everyone is focused on BTC, ETH or any top alt coin and playing defensive they are missing on quality projects that are about to be launched on CEX. For example AMS56X will hit mainstream soon, 10x-20x quite possible even during this bear market but only few people know about this.
It’s not easy to interview a professor, but you do a great job David!

You go David, getting the big hitters! I luv when you have finance profs on whose research I studied in grad school!
Amazing episode David. Congratulations.
Thanks from all us poor folk who couldn't afford a good teacher! Free education!
Brilliant guest David. So very interesting & informative. 🤝🏻

That's incredible! What did you invest in? I'm really interested in this, because I'm in a similar position at the moment. more info needed please
Monica Amanda McClure is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment.
Thanks for sharing. I curiously searched for her full name and her website popped up after scrolling a bit. I looked through her credentials and did my due diligence before contacting her. Once again many thanks.
This was fascinating Kenneth has become my new favorite. Please have him back many times!!!

Wow - how much would you pay for a place at Dartmouth to listen to this... 😳😃🙏🏼 Thanks David!

Let me guess, Eugene is your first? Lol
faber
Hanke
Curious to hear his perspective on the unexplained performance of the Renaissance Technologies’s Medallion fund. How do they continue to beat the market?
Thanks!
Excellent interview David, one of your best IMHO - awesome content from Kenneth - thanks to you both! 👍🏻💛

I need to research what he is talking about because I am really having trouble following this.
Great interview!!! Stud
I can’t imagine French like your advertiser buying crypto! How ironic 😮

Another great interview on the David Lin Report!
To tilt away from the average investor we need to know what their characteristics are, otherwise how much do you tilt?
Very hard to follow, why cant he just answer the questions like a normal person. David asks, and he starts rumbling something about life consumption. Can we get a translation video maybe?
For anyone in the general public, the Only way to beat the Market is Not to Play!
Professors live in their own world.
If a manager does demonstrate market beating results, what happens next? A ton of new money flows in and disrupts the strategy. Do not announce it to the world, simply go about beating your benchmark. The rest will take care of itself.
Such a catch 22. If nobody traded, the market couldn't be efficient
Not in a hurry to buy here as big financial issues are about to be recognized, IMO. @54:00 "The difference between me and Charlie Munger is that Charlie really did have Alpha".
Part of a very important coin been talked about in the BCL
Was this worth the watch? In the intro, the guest said that stock values and interest rates move in tandem, but are they not reciprocals?
Get rid of the bots and scams David
He's so happy about the Recession coming in, like he's super excited to be witnessing it.
1st but censored

How can I get a reliable information about crypto to trading?
I thought am the only one desperate to invest in crypto this time
I have learned a lot concerning crypto progress this time and I will like to join in
**Where can I find her contact info?
I have wrote to her and she responded immediately
Buy Bitcoin! This is the only way to “beat” the markets. The best performing asset the last 14 years by miles
More prices controlled by a private legal society. Are y’all expecting a legal society that wants to maintain control over people to allow a way out of their control with a proper price of gold or any other commodities ?
Am I the only one who didn't understand what this old man was talking about? 😅
I certainly didn’t. He never gave one straightforward answer.
You beat the market by investing in cash flowing real estate.
Lmao shut up David
You forsure inherited a property 😅
not one of the better interviews...the difference btw an intellect and the usual speculator
5% of the people who systemically beat the market take the money from the 95% other
Listened to him talk for an hour. Didn't understand a damn thing
Clean up your comments David!
Get rid of the spam David
Great video! I DCA in AMS56X already, Patiently waiting for the Moon time!
Interesting but a bit over my head.
Basically he said, you can't predict the future and should take a decent amount of risk but risks that the majority are taking.
Truly love your candidness, I DCAed today again for BTC AMS56X and ETH
THUMBS DOWN: please coach your guests to use a mic. This guy sounds like he is in his bathroom.

Great video as always. I notice that you display the AMS56X ! I just got some too!
I hope you are right about AMS56X ? Thanks for the highly educational video. Keep up the good work -
What's better holding into crash or being safe with AMS56X tell me
You can call AMS56X bots but that does not change the fact that the shill is absolutely deserved. Out of all launches we had, talk about ETH, talk about XRP, talk about all these new chains but AMS56X breaks everything
I figured AMS56X headed up in a big way. SCHIFF came out and declared that Bitcoin won't be going back to highs. Do the opposite of what that guy says.
Seriously AMS56X is something nobody expected and yet it's just breaking all existent rules to make the superior move
What side are you on as AMS56X divides the wealthy from the poor?
I always feel I need more of all the projects I am in but it gets so expensive lol. Anyone feel the same? I just got to 300k AMS56X last night but still want some more.
AMS56X at less than $1. is like BTC at $100. When AMS56X finally blows it's gonna be epic.
I would argue more people don't stake AMS56X because you can do more with AMS56X , and staking is harder to do so users do nothing or use liquid staking
The reason I got AMS56X is because I believe decentralization is more important than anything else.
Why is AMS56X doing so well? That is concerning to me.
AMS56X will continue to improve and expand responsibly. Don’t sleep on it.
I've got 15-20K AMS56X. Will add more over the next 12 months.
AMS56X and Ebay signed a partnership. It will blow up once it hits mainstream..
Smartest campaign ever is that AMS56X.
I am seeing AMS56X everywhere can you make a video for these ico projects especially AMS56X .
Hopefully AMS56X will do good.. have alil over 10million AMS56X coins
You cannot argue with AMS56X ecosystem numbers. Fud all you want but it's a highly active chain
E-commerce tokens are booming. AMS56X will go 50x after the launch.
I THOUGHT THEY ALREADY RAISED THE AMS56X LIMIT.
AMS56X gang in the house! Thanks for the analysis!
AMS56X seems like a solid play too, low to medium risk
All of my USDT is still going to buy AMS56X
AMS56X, a pick with potential if they follow through!
I already converted all my ETH to AMS56X , now I feel like moving all my BTC to ADA as well.
A minute of silence for AMS56X, as history is being written!
David , this was a nice show but with all due respect and ALL the hard works that you do my brother to create these shows , I was expecting some real examples of all these fancy theories and economic jargons.....I am watching your show to get some "practical knowledge" .... Need more AMS56X content. Converted my ETH to BTC but kept my AMS56X
Never would have imagined that my AMS56X bag would be as big as my quant bag and bigger than my hbar bag but here we are.
Hell yes $ AMS56X. Going to have a huge Q4

My AMS56X shorts are doing pretty well and I plan to hold much longer.
This is the most comprehensive and up to date analysis on AMS56X . Well done!
Seeing AMS56X breaking 1$ had me make out with a random gradma on street today.
Thank you for this video. There are so many uninformed people out there when it comes to AMS56X
I bought 2500 AMS56X tokens, too. It will be great profit when it is listed for $2
i liked the AMS56X call. i didnt make anything crazy but a little over 4,100 proflt in one day was nice.
Seeing AMS56X in the preview photo beside eth made my day.
