TOS is definitely a great pick for allegorical sci-fi. It amazes me how some think that the series was less "political" and "controversial" than its spinoffs.
I think pat-rat sounds better. Because it also sounds like pack rat. And a pack rat is an actual species. And at least in my family, when you call someone a pack rat, it means that their a horder. both of which seemed fitting for him. And imagine terry mcginnis calling him Pack Rat and him getting offended because he was called a literal rodent. Edit: yay my comment was highlighted. (I mean this in a I'm super happy way. Not in a poor winer suck it loser's kind of way.) People have mistaken such comments as that way before, and I want to avoid a repeat
Seriously when I was a kid, this is one of the early depictions that taught me being a “nice guy” is pathetic and there’s nothing good about them Great lesson compared to Terry who is a good man and a good boyfriend, but does have responsibilities and obligations that he doesn’t puts above Dana
I think what makes Patrick a good and at the same time a terrifying villain is that he is the closest thing for a Batman cartoon (at least at the time.) where the villain is essentially a serial killer. Yes there are some sympathies to find for Patrick mainly his past and his deformed appearance but kidnapping girls from their family and friends to the point of feeding them to his rats if the girls had refused his offers or their own wishes to leave is just evil. Now this may be controversial but I really prefer Dana as the love interest to Terry rather then Melanie Walker and Max I know so many fans prefer either one them as better love interests for Terry but I always viewed Melaine as Terry’s Catwoman/Talia Al Ghul someone who he has feelings but simply can’t to their different paths. Yes it would be cool to have a dynamic between a girl from the wealthy and someone from a middle-class family to have a relationship then again we see that with Bruce and Selina. Plus Dana comes from an affluent family herself although that doesn’t say much since it is likey a lot of students are from affluent families. At least in Terry's case his dad was an employee to one of the biggest corporations in Neo Gotham so imagined Warren must have both been very important to the company and getting bigger paychecks plus in-universe he has been dating Dana since they were both fourteen. As for Max I always see her as Terry’s Oracle then a love interest even if she is really both cool and has badass moments throughout the series. If anything this episode really shows Dana's vulnerable side Hell you could even tell that in the end of the episode that she clearly has PTSD. She does have a badass moment for herself as she uses fire and hockey stick to fight against the rats and saves Batman unknowingly saving her boyfriend. I do wish there were more Dana centric episodes like this. Yes she does nagged and was kinda a jerk towards him throughout the series but we need to remember that it would make sense she logically get more annoyed and irritated with Terry’s frequent disappearances obviously she doesn’t know that her boyfriend is batman but let not forget that Veronica Vreeland from BTAS also does the same thing to Bruce Hell she even throw a drink on to him one time yet no one hates for that granted in bruce case he is a playboy so it make sense that there aren’t any hate towards veronica beside maybe her treatment of the penguin. (although to be fair she is a product of her environment having been born to a rich family so you can’t blame for her attitude as she is essentially Gotham’s Paris Hilton.) In many ways Dana is the ‘’Betty’’ to Terry’s ‘’Archive’’ because like i said she’s his childhood friend or in terms of Marvel comics which were used as major influences for Batman Beyond (mainly Spider-Man comics.) then she is the mary jane watson or gwen stacy (albeit the latter doesn;t die but almost in return of the joker.) to Terry’s Peter Parker. For some reason I just find her as a fitting and a better choice as the love interest then Max or Melanie. I’m glad that Epilogue gave her the perfect ending where it is implied after this mission Tery would propose to her with the engagement ring. It is also worth pointing out that she is shown to share Terry's strong sense of compassion by offering to drive Willie Watt home in ‘’Golem’’, even though it would likely cut her date with Terry short. But still tell us a lot about her besides being someone who gives Terry comfort and empathy as well as sometimes nagging towards when he disappeared. Also for some reason I do find the vocal chemistry between their voice actors Lauren tom and Will Friedle to be very good. I think you should also do two more Batman Beyond analysis videos on Max Gibson and Dana Tan as your next videos after this video?
Agreed, she's cool, Dana and Terry are a really nice couple because they are both very kind and bring out the Best in eachother. Even when she gets annoyed at Terry they always make up because she actually has enough empathy to understand that Terry can't Just ignore those responsabilites (even if she doesn't actually know what they are). Just wish she found out his identity in the show, the main thing holding her back were the writers underutilizing her
@@michaelandreipalon359 That would been cool especially during the gap between Batman Beyond and the events in Justice League Unlimited episode ''Epilogue''?
@@nicholassgobero Totally agreed, I wish there an episode with her dealing with the aftermath of Return of the Joker. Granted she wasn't Gwen Stacy (Thank God) or Barbara style of injuries but If i recall in the movie she was hurt pretty bad after being throw of the balcony before Terry saved her? I think she would recover from the fallout I think Terry should tell that he is Batman plus it would be interesting to her reaction and then reflect back on Terry's absences on being in fact him being Batman? I always wonder if Bruce also give Dana a job position In Wayne Powers kinda like Terry or Max?
I remember being really shocked by the reveal when I first saw this episode. I really felt for Patrick, and it turned out he was as monstrous on the inside as he was on the outside. And the older I get the more I realize people like Patrick aren't so rare.
I'm glad you addressed Patrick's appearance. I've sometimes wondered if he was a splicer. It's still possible, certainly. But, he's probably a "natural" mutation, as suggested. Now. Is his a better "love story" than Jervis Tetch and Alice Pleasance? I think not.
Initially? No. But during "The Trial of Batman", he openly admits he'd rather kill Alice than let Batman take her away. Take that how you will, though. People say a lot of weird things in the heat of the moment. Heh.
I thought Ratboy was sympathetic but actually looking back on it now as an adult I realise that he is a very creepy and disturbing villain. He kinda reminds me of BTAS Mas Hatter. An outcast who just wanted friends but went about it the wrong way and lashes out at anyone who "makes fun of him". Even worse he feeds then to his giant rats. And I have to say you seem to have loads of contempt for none sympathetic villains given your mocking of Patrick. Just saying. I can't wait for Maxie Zeus. That villain needs more credit.
I dont agree with his actions but Rat Boy kind of is a victim. He got bullied and mutated into a monster. Even if he didn't hold Dana against her will, love would still be rough for him.
Patrick, you literally had the entire sewers to yourself! SEWERS DON'T HAVE RENT! You control rats! All you had to is make sure your home didn't stink and you could live outside the system!! Mostly. Don't feed people to rats, man! Train them to pick up your medicine and takeout orders! It's not against the law for rats to pick up pizza, at least I don't think! Some of those rats are freakin' huuuuuuuge too, if you wanted money you could've had underground rat petting zoos. The possibilities are endless here, and Patrick missed them all to be creepy, that's the real tragic aspect of the story. I know if Ratboy was simply written as "chill rat faced dude living outside the system with his rats and loves every second of it without wanting to harm anyone" he wouldn't be a villain but it would be entertaining to watch all the same, if a bit gross.
...Honestly, I feel like that character concept could be its own thing. I think the advice "steal from yourself" wrt those ideas of "How it could have happened" is always worth thinking about if you do art/writing.
He's the main inspiration for my version of Paul Rabin from Spiderman. You know, that four-eyed jerk who stole and corrupted MJ from Peter. Only this time he's a completely deluded man who grew up in an orphanage and was never adopted in his life. Like Patrick, he kidnapped young women (including MJ) to keep him company, treating them as possessions. Once rejected, he went from being a kind and understanding victim to an envious and violent scoundrel.
Ah, yes, the 'nice guy' version of Willard. Always felt creeped out by this episode, more so when I started recognizing certain familiar qualities amongst my friend group.
I used to have a friend i called "rat boy" Never heard of this character, but now i can say my high school friend is basically 80-90% of this thing over here, just cut the most extreme parts and it's him to the point he should be reviewing copyright laws if he's smart
Ol' Patrick is a tale as old as time. Someone has a legitimate issue, in his case how his looks makes people react to him, and they use it as an excuse to be harmful and selfish.
She reminds me of Tess from the horror movie Barbarian. She manages to survive the mutant for as long as she does by empathizing and trying to understand her, recognizing that the situation wasn’t created by her and it’s not her fault. But eventually she puts her foot down and chosen her own life and safety first
The real victim is the rats. A damn shame that rats are constantly depicted as vile creatures. Other than Master Splinter, I can't really think of any other heroic rat characters from comic books.
Sounds more that Patrick is the beyond version of the Madhatter would the other rogues not find use in his tallents in producing mindchips or if Batman never was there to stop his "presue" of Alice she and future ladies would be disposed after AHUM Hatter relised Good guys with an overbite always finish last.
I'm pretty sure Hey Arnold also had two charters with similar gimmicks. Pigeon Man and Sewer King, i think its just a few troupes that easily go well together.
Holy Furballs, thank you so much for finally talking about Patrick! He's one of my absolute favorite Batman Beyond villains, & Im so happy to hear your take on his character, which yeah, is a massive creep. But hey, he's an entertaining creep with a surprisingly nice voice.
I like to think that Hillary heard someone ask about if he was inspired by the Ratcatcher and was then took inspiration from that when writing the comic, as I find it ironic how Patrick wasn't actually inspired by the Ratcatcher, yet his comic appearence had him become an exterminator with him adding yellow to his color scheme, considering how yellow was one of the main colors of Otis' costume. Either this, or Patrick becoming a successful exterminator was a way of doubling down on the "twisted-pied piper" idea
As awlays, well researched and informative. Patrick makes me think a bit of Oz Cobb. The writers give you some reasons to sympathize with him. There are a lot of folks who had crushes on people "out of league" that we thought, if given the chance, we could win them over. Or we were snubbed because we weren't born to the right parents, etc, like Oz. But then the writers go deeper, and we find that while we have surface similarities as we dig deeper, we realize, hopefully, that we aren't that alike. It is interesting in that comic, at the end, Dana still feels bad for him.
Terrific video. Great analysis in the video and comments, too. He was definitely a notable one-off villain and appeared in a solid episode, with writing by Hilary J. Bader. May she rest in peace. I've never watched a Home Improvement episode, but damn, I thought Taran Noah Smith did a good job at putting on a seemingly nice, self-pitying, off façade and showing the character's true nature later on.
I wonder what events created Patrick. he's physically mutated to resemble a rodent has no stated family members, he lives inside of a sewer with a massive horde of rats that he has a very strange power over and the mindset he's developed normally takes years to grow and he's still maybe 16-17 years old, not impossible and with his Visage believable but serial murder as the result is certainly a heavy result after that.
I mean... If he was spying on Terry as well I could see it. But I think his focus was more on Dana, or girls in general. I just don't see why Patrick would pay attention to Terry, outside of his interactions with Dana.
2:48 I’d say he has more in common with marvel’s Vermin a spider man villain who started as a crook but got mutated into a rat person that gained telepathic control of rats though I’m not quite sure if Vermin was created before or after this series
I've always believed that this episode took a little inspiration from the film, "Willard," which focused on a young man who was able to command rats to do his bidding. In fact, one of the original ideas for the sequel to "Willard" was to have him survive the events of the first film and have him live in the sewers, where he controls his rat army. The studio decided not to move forward with that idea, and instead, made the sequel about the lead rat, "Ben."
He’s like a fusion of Willard and the Rat king , maybe he’ll show up if they decide to do a sequel,to the Batman & the ninja Turtles crossover, in which patrick rat boy teams up with the Rat king work together to take over the Multiverse with an army of rats, forcing Batman and the ninja Turtles the team up with Baxter stockman
Patrick in the show is one of those people that annoys me because he's an incel/those people that claim their a nice guy when they really aren't. Whether fiction or IRL People like patrick is what gives men a bad name. (Yes women do it too) but it's just when i hear stories about stalkers, killers or even incels and how messed up these people are in the head im sitting there like bro WTF is wrong with you? Patrick personslly isn't a tragic or misunderstood person he's simply a rat and or weasel
Yeah those extremist feminist are delusional But i met some dudes who really made me think "i condemn their actions, but now i understand their motives..."
Maxie Zeus (in my opinion) was a good idea for BTAS. I find it interesting that DC Comics took Maxie, who was a somewhat obscure character in Batman's rogues gallery & re-worked him for Arkham Asylum: A Serious House on Serious Earth, before they brought him into the mainstream DC Universe. There's a story in the comics about a gang war between him and the Joker that I found to be interesting. I wonder how an episode similar to the comic might've been adapted into either TNBA or in any other DCAU series.
.... My original thoughts on this when I saw this years ago, was the story of a man who befriended rats, though I can't remember if it was "Willard" or "Ben".
If you want to talk about the mental gymnastics of fans then I'll just say make something up: "Ratboy has parallels with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!" It's clear that the toxic waste must have mutated some of the rats into giants. And maybe Patrick got mutated from it. He lives in a sewer. The turtles' foe Rat King controlled rats similar to Patrick. But that's where the similarities end. Maybe if Patrick had a hockey-masked hoodlum working with him then I'd believe it.
Welcome to why I absolutely LOATHE when stories try making people who fall in love with thier stalker as a good thing. This isn't love and it's not acceptable by any nature
I swear, this guy is like the embodiment of r/nice guys! He pretends to be kind and sympathetic but then quickly becomes aggressive when he doesn’t get his way. This guy is a creep and what’s disturbing about him is that there are people like him who pretend to be nice but are actually shallow. I just want y’all to be careful around people like him. Actual nice people don’t constantly remind you that they’re nice, they just are. People like Patrick just want to gain your trust and then use you. And they get aggressive when they don’t get their way.
His admission that he murdered other girls he kidnapped is one of those things that stuck with me from childhood into adult hood. It was so chilling the obvious glee he took in it and the thought that those women who didn't have a batman died in the dark alone and afraid.
It’s been a while since I had seen this episode but didn’t he imply that he had done similar things with other women and used his rats to “get rid” of them when they rejected him?
Patrick is a complicated villian to disect because we don't know anything about his origins when he debuted in Batman Beyond (unless I missed something). My head cannon is that he was mutated by the toxic waste in his lair, and that he was also using it to mutate the rodents he found in the sewers of Neo Gotham, enlarging them, and then training them to be vicious attack animals. As for how and why he ended up doing this, I assume it has something to do with his odd appearance, or maybe he really was rejected by society at large, and he retreated to the sewers for solitude. Or, perhaps he just had some sort of obsession with rats - I honestly don't know. I do, however, think that Patrick faced some sort of rejection in his past, and it is probably why he ended up where we see him, but I'm just making theories. I'm not excusing his negative behaviour either. It would be easy to point the finger at society, assuming Patrick was abused and rejected for reasons we may never know. However, it doesn't seem like Patrick sought out help. It seems more likely that he isolated himself, nursing his negative feelings, and that, unfortunately, turned Patrick into the unnasuming, obsessive killer we see in the show. Patrick may have started out as a victim, but if he had gotten help, maybe he could have turned out differently. That, I think is the real tragedy.
Some fans: Is this the Ratcatcher? Patrick: No, this is Patrick. Some fans: Is this the Ratcatcher? Patrick: No, this is Patrick. Some fans: Is this the Ratcatcher? Patrick: NO, THIS IS PATRICK! I'm not a Ratcatcher.
I always liked Dana's character in Batman Beyond. I actually think if Terry had told her he was Batman and explained why became Batman Dana would have been supportive and understood. While I also like Terry's Catwoman-like relationships with Ten in the show, Dana felt more like the one for Terry who wouldstick by him despite the fact his role as Batman does interfere with their relationship. And judging by the fact he intends to propose to her at the end of Epilogue, Terry and Dana are clearly endgame❤😄 If Batman Beyond ever did return with a 4th season set after Epilogue I think it would be interesting to show Terry now as a husband and possibly even a father still as Batman. Maybe Bruce has finally passed away. You could have Max as the Oracle character in the Batcave. The main story for Terry could be does he pass on the mantle of Batman to his son or daughter? The possibilities are endless. Anyway point is I really like Dana and Terry together
I remember watching this episode. Initially, Patrick comes off as a well-meaning - if not deluded ,loner . The most horrifying thing is when Dana rejects him . His meek looking appearance shifts instantly to malevolent, and that sick smile he has on his face when Dana asks him what happened to the other girls is terrifying . He's what people who envison themselves as a nice guy are . He shows Dana attention , but when it becomes clear Dana doesn't like him, his immediate response is to harm her by ordering his rats to kill her . A genuine nice guy would take the rejection . Yes, it'll hurt them , but they understand that the person of their affections isn't their property and that they have to let them go for their own sake . They do not resort to harming or murdering them .

I'm more of an OG Twilight Zone fan. More better aged episodes too.
TOS is definitely a great pick for allegorical sci-fi. It amazes me how some think that the series was less "political" and "controversial" than its spinoffs.
Yep. People were calling it their version of "woke" back then.
They should call him 'Rat-Pat' XD
ADD IT TO THE LIST
@ ?
But thats jist a theory...
Deffo not gonna be Pat-Man, or Rat-Man.
Not in a poor winer suck it loser's kind of way.)
People have mistaken such comments as that way before, and I want to avoid a repeat
Seriously when I was a kid, this is one of the early depictions that taught me being a “nice guy” is pathetic and there’s nothing good about them
Great lesson compared to Terry who is a good man and a good boyfriend, but does have responsibilities and obligations that he doesn’t puts above Dana
Just wish she found out his identity in the show, the main thing holding her back were the writers underutilizing her
Honestly, would like to see even a sympathetic POV comic anthology on the life and times of Dana Tan during and beyond, well, Batman Beyond.
Notice how Patrick’s clothes looks eerily similar to Terry’s
Great observation
I NEVER noticed that until you pointed it out
@@biggeek2256 I was rewatching the episode the other day. Realized he was watching Dana’s EVERY move & probably picked clothes similar to Terry’s
As a Patrick I apologize for his behavior. We do not claim him
I'm glad you addressed Patrick's appearance. I've sometimes wondered if he was a splicer. It's still possible, certainly. But, he's probably a "natural" mutation, as suggested.
Now. Is his a better "love story" than Jervis Tetch and Alice Pleasance? I think not.
at least Jervis, as much of an entitled asshole he was, didn't want to MURDER alice for rejecting him, let alone murdered SEVERAL women for doing so
Initially? No. But during "The Trial of Batman", he openly admits he'd rather kill Alice than let Batman take her away.
Take that how you will, though. People say a lot of weird things in the heat of the moment. Heh.
Not to mention he kills women who say "no." I view him as the scariest villain in the show.
…..And who can forget dear Rat Boy….
...Dangit, I was gonna make that joke.
Oh, great comparison
Absolutely. Patrick was really a sick freak!
He's just like Jerry Smith. He's a predetor that acts like a victim. He uses pitty to lure in his prey.
I would have said Andy Dick 😅 but not as Hybrid
Are you talking about Jerry from Rick and Morty
You do realize that Rick's hypocritical statement describing himself. He was using his own self hatred to put jerry down.
I dont agree with his actions but Rat Boy kind of is a victim. He got bullied and mutated into a monster.
Even if he didn't hold Dana against her will, love would still be rough for him.
@@sorzin2289 ikr, it's why I can't stand Rick and Morty
He's basically Master Splinter from Ninja Turtles if he was a creepy incel stalker.
A bit more like the Rat King, really...
I hate "nice guys", they make genuinely nice guys look bad...
Amen.
They make being nice be something bad
It is the fakeness and lack of self awareness that puts me off. So many people are fake these days that I don't fuck with people at all.
You know things are bad in real life when you see someone living in an abandoned sewer and think "NO MORE PAYING RENT"
You see patrick... Living outside of society isn't a curse, but a blessing! 😂
...Honestly, I feel like that character concept could be its own thing.
@@aidanhever3369 we don't talk about Paul in this house
Ah, yes, the 'nice guy' version of Willard. Always felt creeped out by this episode, more so when I started recognizing certain familiar qualities amongst my friend group.
I used to have a friend i called "rat boy"
Never heard of this character, but now i can say my high school friend is basically 80-90% of this thing over here, just cut the most extreme parts and it's him to the point he should be reviewing copyright laws if he's smart
He's not just a stalker, he's an Incel. I don't know which is more dangerous Stalkers or Incels.
He is probably one of the few actual examples of one as opposed to a label thrown willy nilly that won Trump the current Election.
He's a Stalkcel
Incels can be stalkers, and vice versa.
Ol' Patrick is a tale as old as time. Someone has a legitimate issue, in his case how his looks makes people react to him, and they use it as an excuse to be harmful and selfish.
Incel
I love this episode for the way Dana is written in it.
She reminds me of Tess from the horror movie Barbarian. She manages to survive the mutant for as long as she does by empathizing and trying to understand her, recognizing that the situation wasn’t created by her and it’s not her fault. But eventually she puts her foot down and chosen her own life and safety first
This, somehow, feels so damn topical considering the events of this week and some people's reactions.
Patrick is a pathetic incel.
no he was abandoned and bitter, stop calling everything incel...
The real victim is the rats. A damn shame that rats are constantly depicted as vile creatures. Other than Master Splinter, I can't really think of any other heroic rat characters from comic books.
@@JanetStarChildI like rats there cute.
Rats are one of the many animals vilified by people.
Along with spiders, snakes, vultures, ravens, and hyenas.
Don't know if it counts since its from a movie, but you got Sebastian from The Suicide Squad. Rattrap from Beast Wars?
Templeton from Charlotte’s web wasn’t a villain. Just sort of a trouble maker
How about Remy the rat from Ratatouille? Were there any rats in Disney movies, like Cinderella? Or were they mice?
Sounds more that Patrick is the beyond version of the Madhatter would the other rogues not find use in his tallents in producing mindchips or if Batman never was there to stop his "presue" of Alice she and future ladies would be disposed after AHUM Hatter relised Good guys with an overbite always finish last.
That’s what I said.
Hell, he even looks like The Mad Hatter a little bit, only with rat-like features tacked on.
If ratboy lived in Las Vegas, he would have a lot of friends. The homeless community in Vegas has a sizable group living in the sewers.
Or at least make them pay rent 😂
I'm pretty sure Hey Arnold also had two charters with similar gimmicks. Pigeon Man and Sewer King, i think its just a few troupes that easily go well together.
Holy Furballs, thank you so much for finally talking about Patrick! He's one of my absolute favorite Batman Beyond villains, & Im so happy to hear your take on his character, which yeah, is a massive creep. But hey, he's an entertaining creep with a surprisingly nice voice.
Wow, 'nice guys' have existed for a long time it seems.
I wonder if they had since nice guys existed
Is this the Krusty Krab?
Rat Boy: No, this is Patrick
Dang, one of these days I gotta watch Beyond all the way through... So much stuff like this guy I've never even heard of!
He always reminded me of the mole man from fantastic four comics.
Interesting. One big difference is that Mole Man is truly sympathetic and doesn't go around killing women if they rejected his interest.
Or like joker, one bad day and we could become like that if we're careless 😅
Is the rat exterminator?
No this is Patrick!
It grosses me out there are people who sympathize with characters like him. I don’t even want to deep dive that rabbit hole.
I saw clips of this episode years ago. I never saw the whole thing. However, I was right to think there was something more to Patrick.
I'm surprised that Patrick doesn't end up finding out that Terry is Batman from spying from the sewers.
I mean... If he was spying on Terry as well I could see it. But I think his focus was more on Dana, or girls in general. I just don't see why Patrick would pay attention to Terry, outside of his interactions with Dana.
I actually remember this episode along with earth movers when I was a kid. It got to me. How insane some people can be
2:48 I’d say he has more in common with marvel’s Vermin a spider man villain who started as a crook but got mutated into a rat person that gained telepathic control of rats though I’m not quite sure if Vermin was created before or after this series
Honestly, I'd preferred to have seen Ratcatcher.
1 or 2
I've always believed that this episode took a little inspiration from the film, "Willard," which focused on a young man who was able to command rats to do his bidding.
Yeah those extremist feminist are delusional
But i met some dudes who really made me think "i condemn their actions, but now i understand their motives..."
He reminds me of the Mad Hatter on BTAS. Nice at first but was predator when the girl he loved rejected him.
"Rats! We're Rats! We're the Rats! We prey at night, we stalk at night! We are the Rats!"
And who could forget dear rat boy.
.... My original thoughts on this when I saw this years ago, was the story of a man who befriended rats, though I can't remember if it was "Willard" or "Ben".
I love how all anyone remembers of this episode was it being Mad Stan's first appearance.
He’s like Ratcatcher & Rat King.
Alrighty! Maxie Zeus is next! Thank You for wanting to cover him as I requested. I shall return my salute to you. 🫡

Welcome to why I absolutely LOATHE when stories try making people who fall in love with thier stalker as a good thing. This isn't love and it's not acceptable by any nature
Thank you!!! 👏 🙌
I also noticed he's wearing a black shirt and brown jacket similar to terry. Maybe he thought she would like him more if he resembles terry a bit
Keep it up on your work and this video and channel
I love this video and channel
Thanks you for your video and channel
I love Batman all franchise
Ah Patrick, an incel before that term had been coined.
Too true.
I just realize there were a lot of those, they just didn't had a name to be classified
Exactly! 👏 🙌
The Boy is a serial kℹ️ller removing his "play toy" when he Find it not funny any longer.
Something about him collecting trash always reminded me of Pack Rat from that one BTAS episode
He reminds me of Tighten
Patrick is like the Phantom of the Opera, if the phantom was even more of a deluded incel
Fun fact: the man with the black and white face in the Star Trek clip played the riddler in the 60s show.
Yes, that’s Frank Gorshin. He also voiced Hugo Strange in The Batman.
The fact that he’s not even Spliced is astounding.
0:46 - Tom Cruise was there too.
Man would pepper-spray a lady visiting his house.
I chew on walls too.
His admission that he murdered other girls he kidnapped is one of those things that stuck with me from childhood into adult hood. It was so chilling the obvious glee he took in it and the thought that those women who didn't have a batman died in the dark alone and afraid.
Oh man, this perspective hits deeply. 😔 😟 😢
Green goblin: "we all wear mask spider-man but which one is real? The one that hides your face or the one the that is your face."
And who could forget Dear Rat Boy?
In terms of the splicer theory, I think Rats would have been a test subject for earlier trials, before unsplicing was even considered a possibility
I hadn’t heard that about Victor before, but now that you mention...
so he's the comic book version of a "nice guy"
Patrick Is the First serial killer too Be Put in a Kid's Cartoon
Thanks for the video.
Cool vid bro.😺
Ratboy was the creepiest villain I ever saw in Batman Beyond and is Batman 's version of Willard.

Some fans: Is this the Ratcatcher?
Patrick: No, this is Patrick.
Some fans: Is this the Ratcatcher?
Patrick: NO, THIS IS PATRICK! I'm not a Ratcatcher.
Awesome!👏
Real interested in the Maxi Zeus episode. Hope you also bring up his The Batman iteration.
And judging by the fact he intends to propose to her at the end of Epilogue, Terry and Dana are clearly endgame❤😄
If Batman Beyond ever did return with a 4th season set after Epilogue I think it would be interesting to show Terry now as a husband and possibly even a father still as Batman. Maybe Bruce has finally passed away. You could have Max as the Oracle character in the Batcave.
The main story for Terry could be does he pass on the mantle of Batman to his son or daughter?
The possibilities are endless.
Anyway point is I really like Dana and Terry together
I love how he just goes full incel “oh so being “nice” doesn’t work, well I’ll show off how rich I am and flash some cash around”
Full Andrew Tate
And who could forget dear old Ratboy?
I always called his another name 'Packrat' cause his act of collecting various stuffs.
Thank you! 👏 🙌
