    On the new part what was that other brass nut with the o ring for ? It looked like u didn’t use it. Why is it supplied

    How is the black motor box on the front connected to the valve? Looked like he just pulled it off.

      It’s a push fit, held in place with a sprung U clip, which looks very similar to a car door lock clip, if you’ve ever seen one, once common on Fords.

    If you're going to show it on RUclips you should at least do the whole job and replace the back half too. Also, if it's been leaking that much I'd replace the motor too as it's probably got wet.

      That's a good point, but the part that is always going to fail eventually with a leak, is the front part as this is where the moving valve is. The back part doesn't have the same wear rate as the front.
