When I found this practice and Salimah, I think all the stored emotional energy was waiting to be released like a champagne bottle's cork about to pop. I have a question, I have healed my core wounds, but healing the self believes. For weeks I was doing so good and the more I take charge the ego is getting mad at me and trying to break me down and tears come up. So I do ego radiator and sure it helps. But more I keep changing my self believes it’s like resistance comes up and after I am good.
Will the ego mind stop trying after a while if I keep replacing healthy habits like ego radiator or eft tapping? It just seems to not want to let go and it gets mad and it hard and frustrating but I keep going no matter what.
    Thank you 🙏🏼

So much hard work. Remember healing happens when there is safety. So take some time to rest now. Relax. Have some fun. Enjoy something simple with a friend, in nature. Everything takes time. The ego is there is keep us safe and will keep holding us there until we have enough safety to let go of the next layer. And healing is life long. At one point - we get to say - this is my journey and not just the healing. I’m wishing you love and a big hug as you take in how much amazing work you have already done. ❤️

@@YogaVisionOnline Thank you for the reply. And Thank you for saying that. It means a lot. 💜
I have learned in the two years safety is a big key factor. Since then I have healed all my core wounds that kept coming up over and over.
Trust me I know because they kept coming up in layers and layers. I was so confused why but a video came up and explained it’s layers that needed to be healed.
Now it’s the habits and patterns keep coming up over and over. They are not easy to do but I am consistent with every single moment and every day and I know I have to because that’s the only way they can be healed and a healthy patterns and habits can form.
It’s definitely a process but the ego is definitely tough. I can see it being protective of me. And understanding but frustrating in ways.
      Again thank you 🙏🏼
