With all due respect but what’s the purpose of that dish? It’s just a big gooey MESS. No texture, flavors all over the place, etc. Eggs are delicate. Not meant to be slathered with a whole bunch of muck like that. I could see all that cooking being done w/ a chicken breast or thigh or something but for an egg? Too much 🤷🏿♂️
