Thank you for a great video. I have watched many RUclips videos of street food cooks preparing similar egg dishes. This the most, from a cooking point of view, that I have come across. Please pass these comments on if you can. It is obvious from the care that is being taken in terms of hygiene and cleanliness, that this owner takes great pride in his work. Techniques were precise and controlled. Handling of the ingredients was assured and economical. The timing and cooperation with his assistant ensured a smooth process. The presentation and combination of the four elements of the dish must make it a delight to eat. I am sure that customers are satisfied with the price whatever that is. I only have one tiny criticism. For completeness the rim of a plate should be cleaned before it is served. Overall 9.9 out of 10. By the way do you deliver to Liverpool, UK? 😁
