To be fair, the title doesn't say "Hygienic", it says "Most Hygienic". As in, "everyone else is worse".

Looks delicious! I'd eat it if I made it myself; I watch videos to get new ideas to brighten up my home cooking. The rest of the local street population has not got ill or died, because their gut is used to it. (Us westerners with our different gut micro-biome would be passing a bowlful of screaming tadpoles within the hour. Please list the spices :-)

From what we can see, I'd say this looks a bit cleaner in comparison to other videos of Indian street food.
For all the show and tantrums the gujaratis threw regarding me being a non veg guy when I went to stay in Ahmedabad, it surprises me to see that most of the egg street food videos are from Gujarat.

Looks like maybe six eggs in some of the dishes and A LOT of oil, but most look like they're meant to serve two (the menu board does offer half orders), so it may not be much worse than an order of General Tso's and a side of spring rolls.
