Hello Niki! Wonder if this exercise would be fine to do it as a cardio while protecting muscle mass gained. I am trying to put myself in some weight but I would like to add some safe cardio to keep my gains. Thanks for shearing!
Yes! This would be fine! What you don't want to do is long, stead state cardio! Keep it to shorter bursts & HIIT!
