@TideatMileHigh frank gore looked fine with that bad o line he almost broke the single game rushing record last year against seattle. he had 1120 rushing yards thats with missing a couple games to injuries and a 4.9 yard per carry average. thats not struggling. gore not only struggled but he never played well. he didnt even try to break tackles. honestly i think the new guy anthony dixon will do a better job but i hope coffee does good. the improved o line should help all of them

@9thDilla lol i think you got it backwards gore is not a power back he's 5'9 he's a little elusive guy that jukes and spins on you all day dixon is a big power back that will run you over. that and add a better o line and the niners should be a more dominant rushing team thats for sure
@healthyandyoung Its hard to look good when your offensive line is shit in general. Hell even with a proven back, Frank Gore struggled in some games because of the poor o-line play for the 49ers. Granted I don't expect Coffee to be the next LT, but I do think he will be a solid complement to Frank Gore in the years to come.
@healthyandyoung Well Glen Coffee is the fastest out of the running backs and I said Dixon was the dynamic one because he has the speed, the power, shakes and he can jump over a player like nothing And I've always considered Frank Gore to be a very physical back, especially under Mike Singletary
@9thDilla dixon isnt fast in fact thats why he dropped to the sixth round. he runs a 4.6 which is pretty slow for a rb but he can hurdle fools and he is elusive for big guy. coffee is the fastest though and gore does run tough i wouldnt consider him a power back because he's little but dont tell him that he probably thinks he's 7 feet tall and 300 pounds lol
coffee and ingram are over rated. their offensive line is under rated. the reason these two guys get all those yards is all because of good blockers. that was proved when coffee went to a team witha horrible o line. but that was improved so maybe he'll look more like this next year

Dude Frank Gore is only 5-9, 217lbs and is one of the best backs in the NFL. He will be a nice accent to gore for sure.
