Love these workouts. Stumbled upon your channel when I was away from home for a few weeks and only had a kettlebell to work with. I’m back at home now but still doing them. My existing routine has gotten so stale - this is such a nice way to change things up.
Gonna try this tomorrow. I want to get 30 minute weights in every other day (due to time constraints) and this definitely looks like a program I could use. Thanks! 👍🏼

Would it be ok to do this workout everyday from monday to saturday? Or would it be better if i follow your upper body and lower body workout alternately for 6 days?
The splits depend on a few things. I wouldn’t reccomend full body weights everyday like that, it’s not necessary. I’d do some cardio / bodyweight between as well 👊
