When brake pads wear down and fluid gets low... it lights up the dashboard... add brake fluid..or change your pads.... or both.... have my 06 m35 for 10 years ...think ive seen every problem known to man with these cars

I went through this with my 07 Journey just following a dealer service. Took it back, they said it was brake fluid. For whatever they did it never returned and I drove the car another two years until taken out in an accident. The bash was front passenger corner, not serious in my mind. However insurance wrote it off because the repair shop advisor said "We cannot guarantee an indicator light won't come on after the work is done." So that alone KO'd a 38K mile 'M. I'd like to think someone bought it out of salvage and put it on the road again.

Service Engine Soon Illumating when the oil is low ) The car has 160,000 Miles. The Book Value is $2,300. My question is does it make sense to keep the car and repair these issues?
I like Nissans, but will not spend more than $3 grand for any used ones. Can't imagine paying sticker price and months later having to deal with this kind of bs.
@@JoesGoldenGarage bulletproof isn't the word, the woman who ran into the back of me had a 2010 Rogue with only a small dent on the bottom of the front bumper while my 2008 Malibu back end was smashed like it was hit by a Ram or dump truck
Did you have it mounted on the front or back? Because on most RWD cars you wanna have the rear tires matching. If they don't it could mess with traction due to the open diff.
I recently had the same thing happen to my 2006 Infiniti M35X and I replaced the camshaft sensor on the passenger side and ever since I did that all the lights went out but just recently my AFS light just came back on and started flashing and I haven't figured that one out yet that has to do with the headlights that turn when you turn the wheel I'm thinking the motor is stuck in the headlights causing that light to come on. Anyways I bought all three sensors for my vehicle on Amazon and it only cost me 30 bucks if you go to the dealer or an auto parts store to try to buy that part you're going to look at at least two to $300.
I have the same car its your traction control try burning ruber or sliding it if it dosnt have the power to do it your motor is blown my lady just replaced her engine and now u can be able to do anything turn off those light with a button left side of power steering wheel 2 bottons thats how u turn them off
Wish I could help, bro. Only thing I can think of that you haven't tried is to check the sensors? I've done intentional burnouts in mine (in a safe area), and no lights came on.
Also, a regular code reader will probably not read or see those errors. You need a scan device that will read them like an Autel or a knockoff of that brand. Most larger shops will probably have them on hand and know how to clear them. Your car's VDC and computer freaked out at the angle of your driveway and the fact that not all wheels were on the ground at the same time. I don't think there's anything wrong with the car, the computer just got "scared" lol
This happened in our CX-9 and GTI a few times. Might it help to try to cause a situation where TCS and ABS would be needed? A few hard brakes and maybe a burnout or two might reset it. If that doesn't work maybe pulling the battery for a while will do the trick.
I just realized on the way home today that it will do a burn out. I have also discovered my cruise control is now disabled because it’s adaptive. I tried the battery trick and the code reader no luck so far

Man I sold this thing with all the lights on. It was so annoying. Believe it or not someone told me when I had the car to make sure all the fluids were topped off to their proper levels, especially the brake fluid. I did that and the lights went off for a while a long while but then they eventually came back on when I pulled into a steep driveway that made, my rear wheel come off the ground and spin. The lights came back on. I never could get them off again.
My 2006 infinity M35X is doing the same thing. When I drive and I'm turning a corner slow The engine cuts off. And when I started it back this pops up on the dashboard. And sometimes just how you just started your car it pops up on the dashboard also
Yeah that’s old one with the five speed automatic pretty tough. But my 2017 Nissan rogue?! I’m knocking on wood and 50,000 miles. Keeping the CVT fluid flushed and fingers crossed that it will make it to at least 100,000 miles or the end of this year when that will be paid for
You damn straight. I’m riding around with the four warning lights on that are related to the technology bullshit that is on this car. Just say no to technology package equipped 35s

I added fluids to max levels and lights went away for a week. Now they are back again. All fluids still full

The AFS light is your headlights! Change your brake pads / brake fluid & it’ll go away just had this issue

Yeah man. I bought a 2017 Nissan rogue brand new. Knock on wood it has been bulletproof. It has 51,000 miles now

i got the slip & afs light in the exact same car when i had the spare on. it would also limit me to 45mph

That’s normal for any awd vehicle because wheels is unbalanced with the spare
Most Infiniti m35 have a recall for acceleration pedal. It will go into limp mode

I had the same issue. Scanned the car for codes and had a crankshaft sensor going in and out. Replaced it and it has never came back

Got away from Nissan and Infinity they have too many issues with there transmission garbage.
