I am strongly considering putting Ugin's Binding in all mono blue decks. Include Nulldrifter in a card draw slot, Arcane Proxy in a recursion slot, and Hulking Metamorph as either a clone (for decks with creatures you want to copy) or at worst an overpriced rock with upside. If you are in appropriate decks you can throw in Elder Deep-Fiend or Vexing Scuttler. All of these offer useful abilities and with U.B. function as a second rift in a deck.
i personally think Vexing Bauble has a lot of potential in high power formats like cEDH, Modern, Legacy and Vintage. Just countering all free spells for 1 mana untill you no longer want it looks good.
Also Winter Moon looks pretty strong in 1-2 color decks. you may not be affected a lot but your opponents will cry!
