IIRC the weapon has a weird mechanic where when it has punchthrough, it creates an additional ricochet shot for every enemy it hits with each initial projectile, which makes Seeker a really powerful option when modding.
The fact that it will ricochet to heads is kinda insane.

Just wish they came out when the weapon was still available, without having to wait like 6 weeks for it to come back.

There is a valid argument to be had to slot Punch Through, since every enemy hit through Punch Through creates another instance of ricochet bullets.
This is now my favorite secondary weapon. It is insane and I don't even have the arcane slot unlocked!!!
These were the first incarnon i tried for, my friends called me crazy, after i ahowed them how powerful they were, they regretted not getting it.
I have a riven from way back when for this weapon. Picked it during the first week, never regretted it.
I came back to the game when i heard about this these were my favorite weapon, now i just need a tenet exergis
You should use Seeker because it will ricochet to more targets.
You haven't talked about how good they are with Secondary encumber... Scaling the galvanized CO to insane levels, it kills level cap enemies without armor stripping them
And if you’re crazy and want to completely murder add secondary encumber onto it so that whenever you proc a status (and you will be procing loads) there’s a chance to proc an ADDITIONAL random status effect along side the one you proc’d that tied in with your fire rate and multi shot and so on and so forth means not many things can live through this

When the Dual Toxocyst Incarnon came out I knew I was going to get it, and I already happened to have a great riven for it anyways. It's put in huge work for me, and when I see it pop up in the Circuit I know I'm going to have a great time.
Man, you should try doing a series of the most broken comps in the circuit, like having a volt with 1000+ strength with the help of a nidus with nearly 1000 strength and equinox and such, it amazes me a bit that I don't see such a series from any content creator
mostly because of how unreliable getting the right frame and decree let alone a whole squad of it
i have almost the same B build but have sharpened bullets & primed heated charge unstead of frostbite & pathogen rounds (if i dont tell wrong fact, gaz cloud proced on headshot trigger headshot condition when enemy enter in it)
Secondary encumber works really well with carnage reign
I tried these with cascadia overcharge with Pillage subsumed onto Mesa plus 4 secondary crit archon shards and holy moly this slaps with Arcane Velocity. They are so damn fast and if you don't want or can't consistently hit headshots just thorw Scourge Prime and delete everything 😂 no need for peacemakers anymore 😱
I swear no matter the Infested Weapon the fricking things are made for Nidus, and Fevered Frenzy proves that.
I prefer to use Cascadia Overcharge with a pillage subsumed frame. My full strip Revenant can keep 100% uptime on it for a guaranteed +300% crit freeing up a mod slot for another elemental damage type or more critical damage. I highly recommend giving it a try.
The incarnon system makes the weapons more satisfying to use
Seeker is a must mod , gas is also a very good choice

I highly recommend secondary encumber with Galvanised shot. It is absolutely disgustingly dirty
You simply have to mod punch through onto it. It increases the bounce.

might be a caption issue? entire script popped up in the first few seconds, then there didn't seem to be any captions int he rest of the vid. great vid otherwise!
only note i'd give is that these incarnon weapons, especially right now, while they're new, are excellent candidates for rivens. even moreso for weapons with innate elemental bonuses that may require specific mod set ups to guarantee/avoid certain elements. it can take some kuva to do, but a couple dozen riven rolls to get a riven to have a +cold and +toxin stat in order to save a slot or two in mods can pay off massively. because many of htese incarnon weapons have been outside the regular meta, many have 3* or 4* riven disposition, meaning their bonuses can tend towards being very high. especially great on melee which, with the new focuses on heavy attacks, can get initial combo, bonus combo, and heavy attack efficiency. might be worth a future video re-visiting rivens, or maybe mentioning in some o the incarnon videos.

I get this when the captions are set to Auto Translate English UK -> English, by default for some reason.
Remove exalted weapons and make it a slot for different weapons of the same type!!! So mesa can equip any dual pistols and increase its base damage and stats with ability strength. Staffs for wukong, one-hand swords for excalibur etc

I was looking for a build since I got a riven though I think with creeping bullseye I’d have -95% fire rate
Corrupted fire rate mod can take that down to only -5%
They are literally the peacemakers except u can use them on all warframes
The dual toxocyst desperately needs the full auto for its basic frenzy mode. Locking it behind "endgame" content while the knell is a low rank weapon is so insulting
if you can get a riven or buff to the firerate it's a lot better. they recently nerfed it via the Torid nerf tho so u can't leverage that fire rate to headshot enemies as they stumble backwards after dying. that made low level enemies be able to insta charge the gun basically despite dying fast
Not me dropping everything in the middle of the day to go fix the perks on this weapon I'll never use again. Lol

I might have to take Duviri serious now, I got the incarnon(non-built) for the Dual Toxocyst but nobody is talking about the real subject. When this weapon first came out you could proc the buff then use Mesa's 4 for the fire rate. I wanna know if u proc the incarnon then use Mesa's 4 does the buffs transfer. I was seriously click baited by the thumbnail.
i mean it's easily one of the best guns in the game regardless but that'd be interesting.
Punch through does matter on this weapon to help the chained shot damage reach another nearby target. You can also run the Corrupted critical chance mod then correct the fire rate (not that it is needed) by using Amalgam Furax Body Count. The critical multiplier on the incarnon shot definitely needs to be exploited so if you find a riven, try for one element and critical damage. These infested pistols are easily some of the best sidearms in the arsenal
Dual Toxocyst benefits more from Galvanized Crosshairs than Creeping Bullseye me thinks. The uptime on the Crosshairs buff should be constant since you want to hit headshots all the time with this weapon anyway, and you'll wind up with higher crit chance and no fire rate drawback.
Knell Prime looks like a toy compared to sheer firepower of these pistols

It's not necessarily a bad idea, t's just that Dual Tox benefits more from Deadhead

Hate to break it to you but I don't see any Incarnon dispo staying high once Wisp Prime comes out. Even the melees people aren't using are likely to get reset, I reckon.

Mesa's shooting speed looks slow compared to that thing.
I've personaly found Cascadia Flare to be a bit more consistent in Circuit so I've defaulted to a build with it and the primed Corrupted Bane mod which affects most of the enemies that I'd need to be concerned about tanking shots.

Why not Viral Slash?
What I'm currently doing is 2 elemental mods:
Carnis Stinger (slash) and unranked Frostbite. So when both Frenzy and Incarnon modes are active, it mainly produces Viral, Puncture (can't be helped) and Slash procs.
only need to use up 2 mods slots to do this vs Viral+Heat or Corrosive+Heat.
thats my third config for it as a budget version of a -puncture riven, it's very inefficient on paper however the gun shoots so much that its honestly good enough regardless.
