VW Golf MK7.5 R FULL JL Audio system! Episode 3! It's a long one! Get a cup of tea and sit down for a watch / listen on where we're at with the mk7.5 R this week!
It's been a for more days and we've been putting together the amplifier rack and figuring out the JL Audio VXI amplifiers plus the JL Audio VXI HUB. No fabrication in this video yet, we'll aim for that in the next one.

No problem, we do them from time to time but we can’t do them all the time, they take up for too much time from the workshop. One day we’ll have someone full time to take care of video, then we’ll be as detailed as we like.

With multiple VXi amps, could you say have 6 inputs on the 600/6 and 4 more inputs on the 400/4, giving you 10 inputs to control in a single console?

Is JL big in the UK ? for some reason i just always assumed it was just a big US company that is used very little anywhere else.

Nowhere near as big in the UK. I suppose part of the reasoning for these episodes and the approach from JL to us is to grow that. It’s not insignificant in the UK, just not widely used like it is in the US, especially in their upper lines like VXI/C7.

How much would a system like this cost ?

Around £5/6k parts. Labour bills aren't realistic on my own builds like this as we tend to go further when we get time.

I have 3 of them. Total cost with labor. Over 8k. Not cheap at all.
