This video shows how to conduct Mean Comparison, using Tukey's (HSD) Test for ONE-WAY ANOVA.
After Analyzing Data using ANOVA, and a significant difference is established (that's the Alternative hypothesis is accepted, while the Null hypothesis is rejected) you need a follow-up Test (Mean Comparison) to tell which group is different from which other groups. This video used Tukey (Honestly Significant Difference) test, sometimes called wholly significant difference test to figure out which group is significantly different from which groups. Even if you are using statistical software(s), this video will help you understand how Turkey (HSD) Test works and what is all about.
