I would like to graph my two-tail comparisons (between several treatments and one control) dunnett's test means. Would you recommend an websites or any sources I can use. I would like to create a similar graph to the graph in your RUclips video. Thank you!
I have made most graphs in my videos in power point. To make a graph for a scientific purpose, I use mainly R (which is free but require some experience). SPSS or GraphPad Prism are easier but they are not free.
Thanks for the excellent explanatory video. Is Dunnett's Okay to use if you are only comparing 3 groups to oneanother? A-B, A-C, and B-C? I couldn't find Tukey's method in GraphPad when trying to compare my 3 groups.
I would then use Holm test, Dunnett's test is only if you like to compare one group (usually the control) to all other groups. Have a look at this video to see how to select an appropriate posthoc test: ruclips.net/video/u9h8qjxMV-Y/видео.html
@@tilestats Thanks, will check it out. I think my issue here is on the technical side of how to use graph pad correctly. It was only displaying some recommended tests, not all available tests.
Thank you so much! You wouldn't believe how helpful it was for me.
Great way of explaining
Your videos are fantastic, thank you so much!
