    Thanks for the excellent explanatory video. Is Dunnett's Okay to use if you are only comparing 3 groups to oneanother? A-B, A-C, and B-C? I couldn't find Tukey's method in GraphPad when trying to compare my 3 groups.

      I would then use Holm test, Dunnett's test is only if you like to compare one group (usually the control) to all other groups. Have a look at this video to see how to select an appropriate posthoc test:

      @@tilestats Thanks, will check it out. I think my issue here is on the technical side of how to use graph pad correctly. It was only displaying some recommended tests, not all available tests.

    I would like to graph my two-tail comparisons (between several treatments and one control) dunnett's test means. Would you recommend an websites or any sources I can use. I would like to create a similar graph to the graph in your RUclips video. Thank you!

      I have made most graphs in my videos in power point. To make a graph for a scientific purpose, I use mainly R (which is free but require some experience). SPSS or GraphPad Prism are easier but they are not free.
