The musicians, like the conductor, came just by and presented it all in perfect harmony. At the end, they even sing the lyrics by Schiller in German. This is overwhelming. -- Hans Rosenthal (A.H.R.D.) PS: What I like very much is the "violin's kissing" at 1:47 and the smiling of the two violinists... The conductor with his enthusiasm makes me happy. PPS: 7:05 is pure joy.
That bassoon solo is one of my favorites passages in all music. It's actually a duet, but many don't go to the trouble of having two bassoons. That's a full orchestra actually playing that, not the flash mob.
