This absolutely moved me to tears. For this to happen in the food court of a shopping mall of all places, ground zero for consumerism. But that’s what made it so unique and special of course. I wish these kinds of happy events happened more often. They bring people together, if at least for a brief time. Thanks for posting this.

When I was younger, I was fortunate to be able to participate in singing Handel's Messiah a few times. But now that I am in my 70's I can barely hit the high notes anymore. But listening to these people sing made me cry. This is one of the greatest songs ever written for it really is about joy and celebration and it touches us all because who we really are is joy and celebration.

I love this. We so badly need this at Christmasv to be reminded what the meaning of it is. Even for those who don’t believe and if you don’t, I invite you along because it’s a journey like no other….. The birthday boy came from a poor family and mother, who is engaged and born in a manger. At a time with a murderer is king on the throne and you were screaming at retail clerks and assaulting one another over Christmas presents. Let’s take a look at that.
