Yeah, her plants used to be in one area, easy to water them. Now it'll be an adventure to get to all of them. if there was a divider plant wall she could still easily water them. However I don't know if there's enough sunlight there.
It's hard to reach the expectations of someone who doesn't know what they need. The owner wants to cut hair, dance, sew, have guests (I guess a sort of Airbnb?) and live in an extremely mismatched and disorganized space. There's no miracle that can be done, so kudos for the Sorry Girls for accepting this huge challenge.
I agree. I can relate to her in that having hobbies is my hobby, but when you do so many things it’s easy to have ideas of grandeur that aren’t actually attainable.
She could have guests that were like, friends or family sleep there, but I can't see how she can rent it as an Air B&B. I just can't picture someone paying to stay there with no privacy and there's a hair salon operating basically in their bedroom.
You did an amazing job. She didn't have that "OMYGOSH OMYGOSH" reaction because that's probably not her personality but you can tell she was just taking it all in, corner after corner, trying to appreciate each little area of this HUGE space. You should be so proud of yourselves The Sorry Girls! ❤
Yes true but I gotta say, I'd prefer any calmer reaction to that "ohmygosh" screeching shit, i always hate it so much when they do that in makeover videos 😅
I've shown designs to friends and some of them are like her, they have a very muted reaction. I think it takes a designer to fully appreciate a design. When I show my designs to designers they're excited, ask a lot of questions which leads to them appreciating my projects/designs even more. One of my best friends doesn't care about or get design, so I've learned to show them to others.
I think in order to make the interactions with the owner less awkward, it would be easier if you showed a section where they walked you through the space and explained exactly what they wanted and didn’t want, and what area they want to portray
Yeah, when they walked into the space and were like "I guess this is the salon area"... it would make more sense and build a better connection with the client if they walked through and explained the current space and what is/isn't working. I feel like the episodes might all be filmed and edited and it's too late to take our feedback into consideration but hopefully for next season!
I think the curtains would’ve looked better if it was one big rod that way the curtains actually frame a “wall” and add more than 4 curtain plannels so it looks full and luxurious. As oppose to the 4 rods makes the spacing look awkward with 2 strands of curtain hanging makes it look like a unfinished DIY.
Exactly what I was thinking! The 4 panels look tacky and don't add anythung... if it was one big rod, even with 4 panels all together, you would have an option to close off the space
Just a question :D, wouldn’t it be easier and more efficient if the person who owns the space, cleans it up first so you don’t have to do so much work? Is there a reason why you don’t do this? Because I think you would still get her vibe even if it was more decluttered
Totally my thoughts when I start the video. Space is so much bigger and better if you can remove what you don't like, need. I'm already declattering so you girls can come and make my space chic🙈😉 and love the transformation👍🥰. WD
I totally agree! When people come in to design and redecorate your space, PLEASE de-clutter and CLEAN first! That place looked filthy! Doing housework in such a cluttered environment would sure be difficult, but it should have been done by Naya (sp?) before the Sorry Girls even saw it. IMHO. :)
These last couple Upgrade My Stays have kind of...missed the mark for me, personally. I feel like the series could really benefit from host participation. Maybe a little interview with them in the beginning; they could say their wants and needs, have a checklist, favourite colours/metals/woods/stones/patterns/themes, as well as what they do _not_ want. Some of the "upgrades" seem half-finished as well, such as that kitchen wall divider--it just looked like cloth draped over a frame. I think a proper divider should have been used instead (or, what other commenters have suggested, a plant wall), or at the very least the DIY one should have been made to look finished. Let us see your planning and design ideas and creative process before you actually start! That could be interesting, too I see real potential, just needs a little _upgrade_ ;)
I think the sorry girls know all this from speaking with the owners, but we feel like we don't know because we haven't seen a piece-to-camera of the owner. We need to hear them say what they want from their own mouths. That's just a reality TV convention and helps us understand what's going on way better
I don’t know what it is about these upgrade my stay videos but there’s something really awkward? About them?? And I don’t feel that way about any of their other makeover videos but maybe if there was like a talk or small interview with the owner of the space beforehand to get a sense of what they want to space to do instead of just jumping straight into it?
I definitely think it's awkward because they don't show the chat beforehand, which is something every other makeover show does. It ends up feeling like they just came in and did whatever they wanted with the space.
They have already done that, but was edited out... They knew about her grandma's furniture, and she told them about the kitchen divider and her private place up there... Its not just hand the key and go
Agreed, I keep expecting the owners to walk them through the space and talk about what they want, what needs to stay and what can go. Perhaps they do this off camera and just do a semi scripted key hand over for on camera?
this is definitely something I've thought of too.. I've noticed that it's extremely weird when they first greet the owner of the place they're re-doing and also when they're saying goodbye - they don't shake hands or hug or anything, just awkwardly wave and walk out the door? idk maybe that's just me, but it seems kinda weird 😅😂 there's just something not totally right about the "template" of this series
This turned out so beautiful, but I feel like if it were me, I would have made that kitchen partition like a giant bookcase on wheels for all the plants.
Great idea, Kristan Maki! But I don't think they had the time for that...also probably not the budget either. I always wonder who pays for the new items, etc.
Also if its a giant book case that is in a 90 degree toward the windows, the plants would not have gotten the light they need. They would have all died eventually :/ good idea in theory, not that practicable tho
This series is awesome! However, a lot of people, me included, feels like this feels way too forced. You both are AMAZING and it would just be so much better if you didnt have it scripted as much. Also, I feel like if you had some sort of interview with the clients it'd be so much better because we would have more of a connection with them. Great job!
Meghna I just wish they would make better corners on their upholstery. It just makes it look very DIY when they get the corners so wonky. That being said, I still LOVE them. I just wish they would deep dive into corners and fix that issue!
This space is sooooo confusing when I don't think it needed to be. I think we needed to see more of a consultation aspect. I wasn't sure what the goal was.
I feel the same way. They only made over a part of the loft and the rest is still a mess. They should've fixed the kitchen, made a better divider, think of a better solution for the plants and storage. The "salon" part and the entrance needed an upgrade and it didn't. I think this was not the room for this series.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who picked up on the consistent awkward energy throughout this video. I love watching these space makeovers, no matter what series it is, but I felt so unsettled while watching this
I actually get annoyed at the amount scripting they do. I get that they’re trying it as away of explaining to the audience but it makes it cringe to watch. I’d prefer a voice over or a hey this is what we’re doing and why. And here’s how you do this ect.
I just wish she spoke more clearly. I usually don't catch what she says as it sounds slurred and rushed. I get fast talkers, but given she's chosen a career speaking in public, it's something I believe she should work on.
Same! But if it was the right price for something that I was just trying to stay in for a day or two and I wouldn't even be like in the space really, then I can see how that would be really helpful. I saw on Airbnb some people that list their dorms, and that's actually really helpful for if you're doing like PhD interviews.
People are so different, one sure there are plenty of people who wouldn't care about clutter or might like that charms it has, as opposed to the minimalist look that's very popular right now ;)
The ladies looked kinda annoyed doing this space. It seems like she embellished on saying she was making it into an AirBNB rental, but then really just wanted them to makeover her apartment. No way she’s letting strangers rent space there. It’s all too personal.
Sweet Life of Candi Agreed, I think she could’ve just told them how it is because they had to work around so many ideas when at most a friend could sleepover but having a stranger in an open space like that is too personal.
I get some weird energy/tension from everyone in the video. It says "picky host" in the title but no where is that shown. I just wonder how things really were.
Yeah, labeling the host as picky was a bit strange to me. It makes me wonder what went on behind the scenes. I'm not sure what to make of her reaction either. It could either be that she didn't like the result or she liked it but it wasn't her personality to show enthusiasm. idk.
I see that you don't respond to "negative comments", you only "heart" those who say it's awesome, but I think most of these "negative" comments are constructive, because we love you, and we want you to be better. You have to look into yourselves and admit that based on the first 2 episodes this new series is not meeting expectations and you should try to do it a little bit differently. It IS a great idea, and I'm sure you put a HUGE amount of work into this, but just try to listen to your viewers a bit: less staged dialogs, more background story, more interaction with the owners and EVERYBODY will love this series. You are not Chip and Joanna, but you don't have to be! You do YOU girls! It's that simple.
Everyone is being overly critical in the comments. I appreciate that Kelsey and Becky are trying something new. With all new things there will be some elements that need to be workshoped/ improved. Give them a chance! I love the concept of series and I can’t wait to see more.
You guys did an amazing job given the space was so cluttered with stuff and plants! The visual clutter was making me anxious! I would've been eternally grateful if you did all this for my space.
I love what you have done for this loft!! I wonder if the owner is confused because it's not really a rental space (privacy) but I think with everything in here & how much she needs, having a rental as well may be impossible? I'm not sure, a friend could sleep there but I wouldn't pay.. is that just me? But, all that aside, love what you ladies are doing now! I think it's great to move rooms around so we can see how we would do it in our own homes rather than just buying everything new!! Congrats 😍😍😍
IDK ... maybe it was just because they didn't really feel the space ... I mean, they were basically tricked into cleaning up some sort of horder-y space, without the owner having any idea of what to make of it ...
I totally agree. Something's definitely been up with them for like a year or so. I'd wish they'd just address it and move on with separate videoes. The videoes of them together is forced, it seems like.
anna darcy 100% their relationship just seems so tense and strange this last while. It’s SUCH a difference when you watch Becky in her solo videos compared to these ones. If they aren’t friends anymore they should just call it quits and expand the business in different ways
I was dying for you guys to put an installation of plant shelves on the wall by the stairs! The light there is perfect. Overall, you did a great job staying true to the many uses of the space. Not an easy task!
I'm SO impressed! You guys managed to turn an almost IMPOSSIBLE request into both a beautiful and functional space!! You made it look easy but I'm sure it was all kinds of frustrating, as someone who's dealt with my fair share of difficult clients. But bravo, I think you really pulled it off! And restoring her grandma's furniture was just such a sweet touch! You guys clearly care about your work and your clients, and you're damn good at what you do. Don't listen to the haters. Lots of love and good vibes!
Idk if it's just me but does the audio sound off I feel like the girls voices sounded very muffled and hard to hear and understand, but the space looks good feels more open and spacious.
WOW! What an incredible transformation, I can't believe they were able to tick all the boxes for the things the owner wanted to do with the space, and just LOVED how all the plants were spread throughout the room instead of crammed into one spot. I actually really liked how the curtains have a bit of open space in between, to me it makes the space seem bigger & I feel like a full curtain wall would have really closed the space in. Plus its so cool all the different ways you can tie the curtains to get different looks. Job well done!!
I knew when you unrolled the wallpaper this was gonna be good and the green velvet futon with gold legs confirmed it! Also those gold and black bar stools were soo cute. Loved both your outfits and I loved Becky’s hairstyles! Perhaps the owner was in shock a bit and it could also be their personality to be more reserved but I think they liked it. :) Don’t know about love, but definitely liked!
I also say "Kobe!" when I toss something in the trash/recycling. My friends and I have decided it's a sign of respect to continue to say it, so I'm going with it.
This was beautifully done. Not everyone has an exuberant personality, you can tell she is just appreciating everything and is probably planning her next event/project to celebrate her "new" space. The Sorry Girls did an awesome job.
You're both so creative, and really work hard to maintain the vibe of the owner. Although she seems very low-key, it's apparent how she loved and appreciated all your upgrades. Thanks for posting. :)
Wow, I have watched a few of these now and, well, the magic of the overnight makeover is just so good! You girls are scrappy, it's kind of amazing how well your energies jive. I know for sure there must be an outtakes reel with all the real, but I love the classy way you two, well, you all, get along. Thank you so much!
Great example of how to make a small space work for multiple different functions and not be too cluttered. This can definitely translate into small homes and apartments!
There's something called 'couch surfing' where people for a really low budget just rent out literally their couch and thoroughly enjoy meeting new people and seeing new city's/places :) and since she does events, has clients in her space i think she probably lijes neetung new people :) friends of mine have done it and always loved it :)
@@Kath-Erina Couchsurfing is free, not a rental situation. Guests are encouraged to cook a meal or do something nice for the host, but not pay money per se.
A plant wall by the window would have been a great idea. Everything turned out great!!! Love the industrial boho feel of the place, the full length curtains/room divider.
Such a beautiful makeover! Loved all of the items that you added into the house. The overall look was really cohesive and thoughtful, it made the space even more usable for the client. Love your channel!
Okay, this has got to be the my IDEAL living space ever!! It has alot of the goals I have in one area and I am loving it too death! These girls have taste and the owner of this beautiful home is so lucky. I can honestly say that that place is made for her! You guys never ceases to amaze!! ♥️
Great job! It’s hard to please people with their living space and with her not** being a boring person , you guys had a lot of ideas to work with and with different things etc! I love it 🤎
You, best dressed and simply nailogical are the only videos I really look forward to, can't click fast enough when they are out. I wish you 2mil and so much more because you deserve it. Great content 👍
FANTASTIC! IMHO, trays are a great solution for ppl with lots of plants. I have about 130 plants in my apartment. The trays make them so portable, and I don't get water all over the place.
You did a great great job ! It felt cluttered but you kept her stuffs and made this space feel bigger. She looks very happy just not on the demonstrative side of the force. You managed the plants very well too. You can be proud without being nervous 😊
I just love how they incorporated so many of Naia's (sp?) own belongings into the finished design. That bicycle! Such a great touch of whimsy. It's just begging for a handlebar basket overflowing with plants or sewing supplies.... yarn bomb the frame, or wrap sewing ribbon around it somehow...
Y’all, not everyone is super comfortable being on camera. I think towards the end you could definitely tell that she was happy with the space and it just took a her a little bit to get comfortable. I loved this makeover 💕
The work they did do ,Looks great! However the salon area is so cluttered and detracts from the overall look. Would have liked to see that area fixed up. 😬 but maybe she didn’t want them to touch it. Not sure
Your production quality is AMAZEBALLZ. My husband and I are in the process of turning the space above our detached garage into an AirBNb so I’m obsessed with this series! You ladies are killing the RUclips game!
Girls. That was painful when it took her a while to warm up to everything. Wow. You did such a great job. I had no idea how you were going to make sense of everything and you did it! Awesomeness!
Wow what an amazing transformation. The title was a little misleading -- it made me think she was difficult when really she's a multi-talented boss running multiple businesses!!
I think the video is awesome. You don't have control over the client, so people who made comments about it being "awkward" need to bear that in mind. I actually loved it because it's really authentic. I love it. People also misinterpreted the client's reaction. I am similar to her and I can see she was overwhelmed in a good way, just taking time to process.
My favorite part about this is the mess before it all comes together! In so many design shows EVERYTHING is gone, presumably in the hallway or out on the front lawn, where they act like the whole process isn't "messy". Idk, I just feel vindicated because everytime I've redesigned my room or my living space it's just so messy until it's put together again! It seriously looks sooo good! I love the four panels of curtain, it's like a little peak into how cool the rest of the space is and still allows a lot of natural light in to the salon area!
loving this new show! i think it's fun to help small businesses like this out with a little overhauling ! also shoutout to the editors and whoever's filming, the bit with the box opening made me laugh fr, expert comedic timing.
Lol while I also don't agree it was the best way to describe her, I feel like they meant she limited what they could do with the space including not changing anything about the hair cutting area so it ended up looking out of place
@@tanjaweber5188 I completely agree! If I were her I would kind of be offended. There are many other more appropriate and accurate ways to describe someone. As a black woman it was off putting to me to see that the only video I came across of them working for a black person they lable her as picky ..... This is just my honest first impression. I don't think they're racist. Just noting my first impression
All I kept thinking during the beginning of the video is, “they’re DIYing in their nice clothes!!” And I projected my clumsiness onto Kelsey and Becky 😂
I love how talented the Sorry Girls are at transforming a space!! By the "picky" I thought rude but she was so nice!!! Lots of love from a girl binge-watching a lot of your videos!
Staggering amount of reno needed to be done in this very large space. Would take a lot of time and money to do what needs to be done. Liked the futon and the baskets the best.
I often see comments that say it seems like Kelsey and Becky aren't getting along. I haven't really noticed except the last 2 videos. It really seems like Becky is irritated with or mad at Kelsey in this video and the thrifting one from a few days ago. :(
I love the velvet futon and the lotus wallpaper so much! I kinda wish they listed that down. This is such a tough challenge, but I really like the overall layout!
I see a few suggestions from viewers, what I noticed is they love your show and are obviously invested in continuing to watch your videos and feel comfortable enough with you to post it 💕 awesome channel!
This was as usual an amazing and creative make over but I just had a thought, why not make the divider for the kitchen be a wall of plants. Like a stand with all her small plants hanging in rows.😇
This is my absolute dream space - somewhere I can do everything without leaving my house LOL. I love the staggering of the plants and all the green accents make the space seem so alive!
The kitchen divider seemed an afterthought n did not looked nice at all! They could have hung a rope curtain on that painted frames n tht would hv looked better!
i think you guys did an amazing job given the circumstances! the DIYs you did were really thoughtful and I thought you really went above and beyond to try to adhere to the client's (frankly, insane) requests. Keep it up!!!!
Missed opportunity to do a plant wall as a kitchen divider. Love the bar stools, the futon and giant curtains!
Megan Collins wow a plant wall would have been awesome!
Debbie Godinez yessss the divider they made now looked so cheap and janky
I was thinking on the window, but yeah!
That is what I wanted, embrace the plants.

Meghna I just wish they would make better corners on their upholstery. It just makes it look very DIY when they get the corners so wonky. That being said, I still LOVE them. I just wish they would deep dive into corners and fix that issue!
@@Vi.wo13 yeah badd color
This space is sooooo confusing when I don't think it needed to be. I think we needed to see more of a consultation aspect. I wasn't sure what the goal was.
I feel the same way. They only made over a part of the loft and the rest is still a mess. They should've fixed the kitchen, made a better divider, think of a better solution for the plants and storage. The "salon" part and the entrance needed an upgrade and it didn't. I think this was not the room for this series.
@@veritorossi ya this didnt really fit what I thought this show s about.
@@veritorossi sure
In two days
Also the show is about making over a rental
The salon wouldn't be included
@@PabloEmanuel96 yep
I'm glad I'm not the only one who picked up on the consistent awkward energy throughout this video. I love watching these space makeovers, no matter what series it is, but I felt so unsettled while watching this
still haven’t gotten over the intro animation! 💓
It's funny how Kelsey acts as if she has no idea what they are doing or where they are going.
Like in queer eye 😂
I actually get annoyed at the amount scripting they do. I get that they’re trying it as away of explaining to the audience but it makes it cringe to watch. I’d prefer a voice over or a hey this is what we’re doing and why. And here’s how you do this ect.
Yes! This bugs me so much!
Yeah it cringes sooo baaad, i wanna stop watching
I just wish she spoke more clearly. I usually don't catch what she says as it sounds slurred and rushed. I get fast talkers, but given she's chosen a career speaking in public, it's something I believe she should work on.
I'm not trying to knock anyone's hustle, but Im not sure I would be happy renting this place for an event or for vacation. There is no room!
Same! But if it was the right price for something that I was just trying to stay in for a day or two and I wouldn't even be like in the space really, then I can see how that would be really helpful. I saw on Airbnb some people that list their dorms, and that's actually really helpful for if you're doing like PhD interviews.
She should rent to upper part of the loft and she should stay downstairs. I wouldn't rent that either.
People are so different, one sure there are plenty of people who wouldn't care about clutter or might like that charms it has, as opposed to the minimalist look that's very popular right now ;)
mila maria Clutter is not charming nor is it the opposite of minimalist.
The event thing really threw me off .. WHAT event would you host there!?
The ladies looked kinda annoyed doing this space. It seems like she embellished on saying she was making it into an AirBNB rental, but then really just wanted them to makeover her apartment. No way she’s letting strangers rent space there. It’s all too personal.
Sweet Life of Candi Agreed, I think she could’ve just told them how it is because they had to work around so many ideas when at most a friend could sleepover but having a stranger in an open space like that is too personal.
I must have missed the part where she mentioned wanting to make it an air Bonn, I just assumed she wanted friends to be able to crash there
I agree that they looked annoyed ....
Some people do rent out just PARTS of their space. Not every AirBnB space is a full private home. Some are rooms or shared spaces.
And in Toronto that space would be advertised to accommodate 3-4 people with like 1250-1500 $ rent (ish) each
I get some weird energy/tension from everyone in the video. It says "picky host" in the title but no where is that shown.
I just wonder how things really were.
Yeah, me too. It looks like they couldn't do much. The mess was a downer for me too.
For me it looks shes picky in the way that she didnt fully trust them and she did look liek she didnt like it there was no real emotion
Yeah, labeling the host as picky was a bit strange to me. It makes me wonder what went on behind the scenes. I'm not sure what to make of her reaction either. It could either be that she didn't like the result or she liked it but it wasn't her personality to show enthusiasm. idk.
Ashley Johnson it’s their loft
I got the impresdion she limited them as to what they were allowedcto do. Loked everything except the clith diivider.
Loved this space, but why didn't the owner declutter before you guys arrived?
I think they wanted a drastic before and after
This Little Light of Mine, well it wasn’t at all. Made it less dramatic because the salon and kitchen were still a mess.
Ya that was messaaaay
Cuz she’s a messy hoarder
The unfinished space is giving me anxiety. I’m overwhelmed.
Beckys hair in the beginning of the video is so beautiful! It´s like... stunningly beautiful!!
We need a tutorial!!
Becky's hair is always goals, love it
I feel like shes glowing... and possibly pregnant
@@baileybugz13 I thought so too!
Bailey Shatney I was wondering if anyone else noticed 😊❤️
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Yeah, I wouldn't pay to stay there.
@@seasaltkisses and Kym House, I wouldn't pay to stay there either. No privacy. And where was the bathroom?
It’s maybe for couch surfing? I thought I misunderstood, I thought “guests” meant like family or friends staying over, not rental
Jaye Donaldson the door by the bench most likely
@@kwong06 you're right. I realized that when I watched it again. :)
Y’all really knocked this one out of the park! She had sooo much stuff in there, I was sure you couldn’t keep it all AND make it look good.
am I the only one who thinks there's been a dynamic shift and things feel awk.
IDK ... maybe it was just because they didn't really feel the space ...
I have been feeling like their relationship has been strained for a while now.
anna darcy 100% their relationship just seems so tense and strange this last while. It’s SUCH a difference when you watch Becky in her solo videos compared to these ones. If they aren’t friends anymore they should just call it quits and expand the business in different ways
I feel that too! They started this as friends, maybe they just see it as work now
I was dying for you guys to put an installation of plant shelves on the wall by the stairs! The light there is perfect. Overall, you did a great job staying true to the many uses of the space. Not an easy task!
I was waiting for a plant wall, too.
And for the fake grass wall to come down.
Lots of love and good vibes!
becky looks so magic with the dutch braids on day 2
Will you please put a product list in the info section? I’d love to know where you got the wallpaper and futon! Thank you ❤️
I would love to know where this wallpaper comes from also!!
google helps you, found this roommatesdecor.com/lily-pads-peel-and-stick-wallpaper.html
(can't find the futon tho xD)
The sun glasses at the end got me. 😂😂
Completely agree. It was kinda honoring his skill anyway, right? Now, it would be honoring his legacy.
It's... A. Bit. Problematic.
@@blueuluru9037 id love to hear why you think it's problematic
This was beautifully done. Not everyone has an exuberant personality, you can tell she is just appreciating everything and is probably planning her next event/project to celebrate her "new" space. The Sorry Girls did an awesome job.
This show/series is too awkward for me, doesn’t feel natural, too acted out, I don’t know...
You're both so creative, and really work hard to maintain the vibe of the owner. Although she seems very low-key, it's apparent how she loved and appreciated all your upgrades. Thanks for posting. :)
Wait, how is this a rental? I think I missed something.
Ya a lot of us seemed to have missed something
I assume like an Airbnb?
Some people rent out rooms/couches OR put their own homes on AirBnB when they are traveling.
The vibes of this series are super awkward..it makes ME feel uncomfortable lol..anywho..I enjoy seeing the end results.
Great example of how to make a small space work for multiple different functions and not be too cluttered. This can definitely translate into small homes and apartments!
I can feel how overwhelmed Kelsey is upon seeing the space in person. 😱
The divider between the hair studio and the liv my space would be really cool with a wall of tall plants
I was going to say the same!
Just wondering how she'd use the space as a rental? Rent out the whole space???
Im still wondering about the rental bit too
There's something called 'couch surfing' where people for a really low budget just rent out literally their couch and thoroughly enjoy meeting new people and seeing new city's/places :) and since she does events, has clients in her space i think she probably lijes neetung new people :) friends of mine have done it and always loved it :)
@@Kath-Erina scary letting strangers in who can steal ur furniture and run away
Hahaha 😂 I'm imagining somone trying to steal that credenza or run away with that futon all by himself

A plant wall by the window would have been a great idea.
Everything turned out great!!!
Love the industrial boho feel of the place, the full length curtains/room divider.
Definitely made the space more useful and look more cleaned up 🧼!
You guys did a fantastic job! She said it. It's amazing how you didn't really know her or her place but captured her aesthetic. 👌
Kelsey I love your hair braided down the sides like that! Its beautiful!
Great job! It’s hard to please people with their living space and with her not** being a boring person , you guys had a lot of ideas to work with and with different things etc! I love it 🤎
I’m LIVING for those Dutch braids... on BOTH of you!!😍 you two pull everything off
You guys smashed it for the busyness of the space. Can't wait to see what you can do with a blank canvas! They're always my favourites.
YES to the outfit coordination at the beginning! All Becky was missing was a jean jacket and it would have been complete!
You did a great great job ! It felt cluttered but you kept her stuffs and made this space feel bigger. She looks very happy just not on the demonstrative side of the force. You managed the plants very well too. You can be proud without being nervous 😊
omggg, it's the best thing when I come home and find a new video of yours! The day is brighter instantly! ☀️
the thing that fascinates me most is how comfortable they are working all dressed up! i have to be in sweats and a tshirt to do anything like this!
Um, Becky I’m obsessed with your hair in this episode! So pretty and fluffy!
She needed much more help. Her hair cutting area looks like a hot mess. She needs more organization and maybe a declutter session.
Y’all, not everyone is super comfortable being on camera. I think towards the end you could definitely tell that she was happy with the space and it just took a her a little bit to get comfortable. I loved this makeover 💕
She was super cute and the space is awsome 👍
She did agree to be on camera.
Hmmm that owner was a little awkward and I think that is not very happy with the space... but you did your best thats for sure.
Maybe she was just uncomfortable in front of the camera
She looked happy, ppl show reactions differently... Im sick of the fake big mouth WAaAW
Awe she is so soft at the end. You could tell she was touched at the end. Her guard may have been up but I think she just shows affection differently
There is So. Much. SCHTUFF.
Sarah Vonderhaar Yes, a deciliter would have made it so much better! You can only shift around crap so many times.
She does hair in her living space and makes jewellery my mom does this stuff as a hobby....
There is so much going on but you pulled it together nicely, i love the vibe. BUT I feel like this place literally screams for a rug tho haha xx
Wow, when I saw her place if it were me I would have walked away and said no way but you girls didn't you actually stick to it and did a great job.
I am amazed every time how you work with the stuff you find there! So hard to look at your own stuff and do the same thing. Great job!!
Nailed it!!!! Wow you guys really opened up her already beautiful spot and captured her style nicely.
She didn’t seem picky to me! She seemed down to earth and relaxed. I don’t know why “picky” was used to describe her.
Sage Brush Girl Agreed. Picky also has kind of a negative connotation and I feel like that’s a bit rude to say about someone 🙁
She was rude as hell
well, maybe she rejected a lot of ideas they had and maybe didn't want to declutter the space.
I think they did an AMAZING job considering what they were working with. It seemed although the owner didn't give them much freedom. Good job girls!
This was... awkward... all around lol. But still very enjoyable! I’m loving the new series!
Driving around to the office to go decorate the neighbors space upstairs.
